The gentleman who checked us in, was fairly rude....he CHARGED an extra $100 security fee??? I understand when a motel wants a credit card in case there's damage to the room, but I don't understand being charged $100 before I even see the room . When I got to the room, I photographed the damage there was. Also the towels were dirty, the microwave was missing. They have a nice looking property overall, but need to keep their rooms decent and treat their customers better

Aug 02, 2025 · James FaulknerThe desk attendant was rude, on what seemed to be a video call with 6 other people when we walked up and kept the calling going while checking us in. The light switch does not work when you walk in the room. That lighting in the room overall was not great. We checked the bed and it appeared somewhat dirty under the mattress but thankfully no bed bugs. The couple checking out ahead of us were double charged for their room and still hadn’t received their refund when they left. The only positive was the bed was relatively comfortable. They do not even provide shampoo AND conditioner, instead it’s a dispenser of both combined and every guest uses the same one. I don’t recommend this place.
Jun 28, 2025 · Miranda BettysThey offer nothing they advertised.pool is closed and breakfast is a cereal . They also add on additional fees and charges . Ex $30 if you use a third party to book. Police showed up two different times in our 24 hour stay because of unhappy guest. Staff is rude and state they are privately owned and they can do what they want. Lots of hazards if you have small kids . Metal dryer vent is in the shower . I guess they didn’t finish remolding the laundry room now a bathroom . Very dangerous easily cut yourself trying to bath.

Jul 26, 2025 · Os0 G4N9My boyfriend and I booked a hotel room for our cross-country trip, but it was disgusting. When we tried to check in, we were told that our age, being under 21, prevented us from staying in the room we had reserved in advance. However, this age requirement was not mentioned during the booking process. Because of the bad weather outside, the receptionist let it slide and let us stay. When we entered the room, we smelled cigarettes, even though it was posted to be a no-smoking hotel, and found random stains on our bed and pillows. As we looked closer, there were more stains on the couch, a lampshade that was broken in half, a lamp without a shade, holes in the walls, and scratches on the TV. When we brought this to the receptionist's attention, he offered to spray the room to get rid of the smell, claiming that’s all they could do because the hotel was full. We also asked for a refund since we only stayed in the room for about 10 minutes before leaving, but we were told we had to wait until Monday for the manager to return (it's Friday).
