My stay was quiet only thing I can say is they judge people they don't smile much and make you feel uncomfortable. Others say they are friendly which to an extent I guess they are I believe they do the bare minimum as required for them as a franchise. The place is clean because you get charged for everything you come to relax and of course be courteous and not leave a huge mess or destroy things. Which makes them think everyone is going to be that way so for those like me who aren't it's bothering because we're judged. The only other thing was we barely checked in and the next morning housekeeping came in the room yes came in we didn't hear anyone knock or announced themselves as housekeeping which we booked 4 nights so for them to just do that knowing it was occupied and still just come in and be like oh do you need towels? Ummm not cool ..... What if we were not clothed or something..... That just blew my mind my mother worked housekeeping for 30+ years never would that be ok. You knock and knock again and announce yourself clearly but knowing that someone is in the room you do not enter until check out day or unless they ask for housekeeping to go into the room. I'm just glad we weren't in the middle of something (wink wink)and I'm sorry I'm just stating the truth ... I like the place cause of the convenience of it and it's nice and quiet. I just hope that no one else gets walked into..

Jun 18, 2025 · Sandy MathewsCustomer service, communication and a bit pricey for these rooms now with those raggedy torn towels and dirty floors!! The bathroom had hair everywhere. It was just too much of a disappointment. The mini fridge made clunking noises all night. It was a disaster there. This was not at all worth the $$. Whoever that guy is that takes over at night is 🗑️ trash. He's rude and has no class. Better think twice about spending your coins here if you want cleanliness and quality towels.
Mar 27, 2025 · Triba MoquetteRoom floor gave is dirty get after our shower and I'm not positive one of the beds had the sheet changed. It was really wrinkled and it looked like something was on the sheet like maybe food. Id recommended checking sheets just in case. Someone complained because they only had decaf coffee in the food area and cereal. No coffee pot in rooms. We would stay again. It was just minor things, Not perfect. Of course you should always check beds at any hotel before climbing in them.
Jan 01, 2025 · James-Susan Greenleethe worst experience i have ever had in a hotel in my life i was a regular customer of that hotel and i received discriminatory sexist and rude treatment from the managers who were at the reception first when i checked in i began to notice that the one who was attending me was doing it very reluctantly when we got to the room we discovered that it was a disaster there was a used surgical needle lying next to the bed that by pure luck my mother did not get stuck in her foot the bathtub was leaking rust with pubic hair the tv was a disaster the remote control did not work well and the connection failed then at night the guy from reception comes knocking on our door and says that he has to check an alarm that was going off in our room he entered the room even though we put the do not disturb sign and late at night later we fell water because we had 2 boxes with ice and the gentleman got upset and said that we had pets which was not true not more than us we did not want to argue because it was obvious that it was useless and First he said he just wanted to check the alarm that was next to the bed and then he said he wanted to check the air conditioning which I don't find any sense in. This man simply wanted to make us uncomfortable and he told us that we need to leave the hotel. He said we should go to the front desk that he was going to charge us $60 for the hours we were there and that we were hiding something. We didn't want to argue anymore. We are Hispanic and we don't speak English well and anyway it wasn't going to help with the attitude they had. And then my sister was still very sick with bronchitis and we had to go out into the cold to go to another hotel. Nothing to do with our first experience last year in the winter with a very nice lady who spoke Spanish her name was norma They should fire those people out. What they did to us was in very bad taste. My family and I will never set foot in that hotel again. These people are evil and inhumane.
Jan 22, 2025 · Luna ReyesStaff was very non welcoming, we stayed there on the 21st Dec. It was 15 of us on motorcycle. We parked right in front of sliding entrance doors where cameras are located. We come out and there was an employee truck parked right in front of the camera so is to block the view of out motorcycles. They had all our rooms facing backward so we can see the front of the building parking lot. While our bikes and theft was accusing, employee disappeared for a period of time. Police was called and states that this hotel has a problem of thefts. We were from out of town. Please stay away from this hotel. Foreign ownership and the lack of responsibility. Not one time did management speak with us about what happened. Over 100k in bikes were stolen
