They have a mold issue in the bathroom and are extremely rude and expect 2 towels to last your entire stay. Would not go here. Their shower curtain and chairs are all stained… not worth it. The bay mint is the same price go there. Look at the professionalism here. There was already damaged and stained chairs and such when entering. Wasn't going to say anything until they became rude. No one stole and no damages. I take pictures of every room before I unpack and I already sent them to court. Pictures don't lie and timestamps don't. Please don't go there, he clearly stated in his own response, they painted over the mold. Please check your room and don't do business with them or they will lie like they tried to do now. Maybe if you had respect, or respect people in your community maybe you would have better business. The charity already said they won't do business with them because they were clearly lying because again pictures were sent.

Jun 22, 2025 · Elizabeth JacobsStayed here June 28-29 due to every hotel in the area being booked. I did not expect much but was disgusted by the room. Firstly, we walked into the room and smelt nothing but weed, the window had black mold, the ceiling above the shower looked like it was gonna collapse, the exhaust fan in the bathroom looked like it was gonna fall off, there was tape on the toilet paper holder, the toilet had water streaks in it (some toilet bowl cleaner sitting there for 10 to 15 minutes should take care of that), the wall by the toilet paper holder looked like someone tried putting a cigarette out on it, the tub had some soapy residue on it (I almost slipped getting into the shower) the pillows were small and the cases had a yellow tint to it, the sheet looked like it had been cut and there was white powder on the side of it and what looked to be like a blood stain on the brown part, the walls had scuff marks and the lamp was really dirty. Another guest had also left towels and trash outside their door where it sat all night, the next morning the towels were picked up but the trash was still there. The only plus is the guy who worked the desk was super nice and welcoming. I unfortunately will never stay here again, especially for $150 for one night.

They need new towels, at least in this room. The continental breakfast room is clean, but not much selection, just two brands of ceral, no source of protein except yougurt and milk. At least need hard boiled eggs. Overall, fine place to stay and save money compared to Baymont and others. Wonderful bar and restaurant right across the street! Leave big tips for cleaning staff always!

Just cereal and bread. And the one cereal container has like 3 different kids mixed in it. That's shit u do at home not a hotel. And don't even think about using their disposable coffee cups I had two explode my hand trying to get the lid on and then the person I was with had one cup explode in their hand. Because the disposable cups was so cheap and flimsy
