Mar 26, 2025 · Night StalkerI like the people there is a couple was very nice and honestly the only thing is that I wish I would have been closer to the door and it was very beneficial to me to learn how to find out about rates and with my emotional support animal they were very supportive and the people that were there I appreciated their help. I hope the people that are homeless living there right now I pray for take it housing as soon as possible and then they don't have to get these astronomical rates I'm going to route for hotels to add a little Special Touch no matter which hotel you are the disabled need to be treated with love
Jul 01, 2025 · Melissa Wolski BrunnerIf I could give them 0 stars, I would. I made a reservation and paid for it in mid- February. Upon arrival just before midnight on April 25, I was told that they had nothing available. When I informed the clerk that wasn't what I asked - and pointed out that I had a reservation, she simply repeated that there was nothing available. Deciding to not honor a paid reservation is simply not acceptable.
