Myself and my 3 children stayed in the upstairs King Suite. It was perfect for our 5 night stay and very affordable. The bathroom was big and clean, and my daughter enjoyed having a small “den” area with a couch, tv, and twin bed all to herself. The king size bed was big enough for my two small children and I, the mattress was so comfortable! It was fun being on the top floor, looking out to the street “people watching” and, being within walking distance to shops and coffee was a huge bonus! I would recommend this place and we will definitely stay here again when visiting Wisconsin.

She is an exceptional conversationalist & provided me advices & tips about the city, shops, supermarket, restaurants & bars, all within walking distance. I especially enjoyed the Sun Prairie folklore & legends surrounding the beautifully constructed turn of the century homes. My very comfortable accommodations included fresh linens on a comfortable memory foam mattress, a large basket of snack food & bottled water, plenty of toiletries & more than enough towels for a weekend stay in one of their 6 uniquely decorated rooms. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody. You’ll be pleasantly surprised by outstanding hospitality service. Thank you again Heidi. You are the reason the Baehr House can accommodate guests at the highest standards.

Perfect for the solo get away I was seeking. I slept very soundly, comforter was amazing, thought about stealing it! (J/K) the basket of treats was a nice unexpected. Room was very clean. I hope this relatively new business makes a go of it. I'm a local and love having this option here in town.
Jun 22, 2019 · Cheryl HandleyIt's a cute place and we appreciated the snacks in our room. However, when we showed up there was no one at the front desk. Papers were left out with other guests' names on it and instructions, however we didn't have any papers left for us. We tried calling the main number, but no one answered. We wanted to leave a voicemail, but the mailbox was full. Our room was reserved through Expedia- we called Expedia to get a refund since we couldn't even get a room. Expedia tried calling their management, but they also got a full mailbox. I sent an email with my phone number so hopefully they could call us, which eventually they did! We got a room number and the code to our room via text message. I was told we'd get an email with other instructions, but I never did. I sent a follow up text asking for the email set of instructions, and was told they would try to get it to me. Unfortunately, no instructions were sent, so I never even knew what check out time was 🤷 We had no clue how to work the AC, resulting in horrible sleep. The TV requires an app to download on your phone. Finally, there seemed to be some confusion amongst our neighboring guests, who tried twice to get into our room late at night by punching in the incorrect code to our room multiple times. This place has a lot of potential! It's very cute and clean, but they could improve the check in process and make the electronics/amenities more user friendly-it would be perfect!

It is an older style house close to downtown Sun Prairie, so you can walk to Pubs and restaurants. But the place itself is not comfy at all. You need to enter your home amazon account to watch tv, or your HBO, Hulu or whatever. Very inconvenient. The room was stuffy, the ac is like a vacoom cleaner, you cannot sleep or watch TV while i t runs. The host never showed up. The only thing I experienced was a mail, that they have not received the money, which was obviously not true. So if you want a comfortable place go somewhere els, nothing really attractice at all. Days Inn is better!!
