May 13, 2025 · Jessica BeswickThis was truly such a magical experience! My fiancé and I are so happy we had the chance to stay at this hidden gem. We stayed in the Dreamer’s Quarters. Everything was spotless, warm, welcoming and luxurious! We had such an incredible time and cannot wait to return!!!
Apr 19, 2025 · Anastasia RomanowskiA lovely, comfortable stay. I appreciated smaller details like fluffy towels, room spray, and high-quality tea bags. The rooms were exactly as pictured online. A couple things to note for prospective guests: there isn’t a front desk, which I didn’t realize upon booking, but service was very quick and helpful over text. Also, don’t expect more than some light pastries for breakfast. Unfortunately, our stay was brief, but we will be back!
Feb 23, 2025 · Anna WheelerThe building has a lot of character; I love old construction and it’s very pretty. We stayed in the Rose’s room on the third floor. The bed was extremely comfortable. I love Books so I love the theme of the hotel. They have contactless check in, and manage to use technology without compromising the overall ambience. The same with the rooms. They have a Keurig in the bedroom, but they chose the model that was most attractive and least intrusive. Very charming. It’s near the college, but was not loud at all. Traffic was not a bother. They don’t really offer breakfast, just coffee/tea, fruit, pastry, which was a bit disappointing as I think there are expectations when staying at a bed and breakfast. Otherwise, a lovely experience and I would stay there again when visiting the Westchester area.
May 18, 2025 · Patricia GabeMy husband and I decided to book a staycation the night before and as soon as we walked in I convinced him for us to stay another night. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and very cozy. We stayed in the Dreamer’s Quarters and it was truly amazing. I took a bath both nights we stayed in and just enjoyed our time as it had snowed. The snow truly added to the space feeling even more magical. It was just so cozy and relaxing. I absolutely cannot wait to return once it warms up.
