I must say that this an establishment that absolutely deserves a raving review. Beautifully decorated rooms and immaculate. So incredibly tastefully detailed. Food was outstanding. The service from the second we walked in, to being sat at our table for dinner was warm and welcoming. We were visiting all areas of upstate NY to visit colleges with our first son and wanted a peaceful environment that was comfortable to enjoy before we headed home. The Bradstan did not disappoint. A true gem.

Dec 28, 2024 · Jovy CandelariaWe enjoyed a peaceful one night stay at the Bradstan Boutique Hotel last week (August 2024). The rooms are large, clean and comfortable - top notch. The grounds are beautifully done and we enjoyed a nice dinner in the bar. I only have two cautions: 1. this is remote and quiet - you will drive a bit to go anywhere. 2. depending on the season the restaurant may be closed on Mondays or Tuesdays which may be an inconvenience - again you will be driving to dinner (unless the bar is open 7 days/week serving food - you should check). We would happily stay again if we where in the area. I believe they are planning to add a spa which would be perfect for this property.
Sep 01, 2024 · Guy CherrySuch a great experience at the Bradstand Boutique Hotel, it was an absolutely delightful experience. The hotel's design is chic and sophisticated, combining modern touches with a cozy ambiance. My room was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with plush bedding and all the amenities I could ask for. I especially appreciated the small, thoughtful touches like fresh flowers and local treats that made the stay feel special. The location of the Bradstand Boutique Hotel is perfect—close to local attractions yet tucked away enough to provide a peaceful retreat. The on-site dining was also exceptional, offering a curated menu of delicious, fresh dishes. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this hotel offers a luxurious and memorable experience. Sep 29, 2024 · Vila FitzpatrickThe Bradstan Boutique Hotel is a beautiful and well run oasis in Sullivan County’s Eldred Preserve. The hotel is newly built in a way that blends beautifully with the surroundings. The rooms are large, comfortable and extremely well appointed. The entire hotel is laid out in a way that makes optimal use of the property, providing privacy and quiet as well as common areas in which to gather. Outside, there are plenty of places spread out on the property to exercise and/or relax. The fitness center is large and well equipped. The pool is a fantastic centerpiece on the property and rivals any high end luxury boutique setting I have ever experienced. Scott and Eddie are true professionals and run the place with professionalism and expertise. Attention to detail is next level throughout the establishment from the towels to the bed linens to the coffee and of course the food. The complimentary breakfast is plentiful, delicious and generous. Don’t worry about where you will have lunch. Trust me, you won’t be hungry. If you want the best BBQ on earth, go find Big Kev on White Lake. Ask for restaurant reservations from anybody at the hotel and you can’t go wrong. The Eldred Preserve offers something for everyone, from lakeside running/hiking/walking trails, wildlife, water sports and all of nature’s beauty. There’s a casino nearby and lots of quaint little towns. Bethel Woods is also nearby. We saw Steve Miller Band in what is now one of my top 3 favorite venues. Outdoors but covered. Fun. New. Clean. Lots of food and drink options. A spa is coming but if you want a massage in the meantime, ask the desk to connect you with Diane. It will change your life. All and all, this has been one of the best vacations ever.
