Service is hardly sub par. There is nobody manning the front desk let alone the entire hotel. You have to call a number to even get to talk to an employee. Gary is very shady who is frequently the one answering the phone. Every time I call he gives different prices for the same room. This past time I called he said there is a $50 security deposit which I鈥檝e never heard of for a hotel room. He doesn鈥檛 give the government rate to service members as well. Highly recommend not giving a dime to this establishment!馃憥

Nov 01, 2024 路 Devin KaplanIt was expensive and an awful place to stay.No continental breakfast, no amenities in the room.No refrigerator no pool.No hot tub.No kind of metal breakfast again.Terrible place to stay.If there was a no star, that's what they would be.They're not even worthy of a one star
Apr 14, 2025 路 Betty BaerwaldFirst off the pictures on google are very deceiving it shows a hot tub and there is clearly nothing there it鈥檚 just a slab of concrete so I was severely disappointed, secondly I am a military member and asked for the government rate but Gary at the front desk would not give that rate instead he would upcharge. I can鈥檛 believe that he wouldn鈥檛 give the government rate that is unamerican. In conclusion do not spend your hard earned money here you will not be appreciated!!!
Nov 01, 2024 路 Manuel FazWhat a strange place. The Ramada was booked so I really had no choice but to stay here (only 2 hotels in town). I called a few minutes before arrival to verify the availability and pricing. The cost was actually higher than the Ramada, but, like I said, that hotel had no vacancy so I was stuck. When I arrived, I found they add a 4% surcharge for all credit card transactions. I have never seen that at a hotel in my life. All hotels require you to put a credit card on file so this makes no sense to me. He should have mentioned this on the phone call. Most merchant accounts don't even allow their clients (in this case, the hotel) to add a surcharge like that for using a card. The place was under construction. There was an RV parked right in front of the place with orange traffic cones placed around it. I verified with some locals that the RV has been there for months (it definitely looked like it had been there a long time). Such a dumpy looking hotel inside and out. Stayed in room 114 with a view of the local school bus barn and foundry. The toilet wasn't even bolted to the floor. It wobbled when you'd sit on it and it felt like it would tip over if you weren't extremely careful. There were hardly any guests so I don't know why they put me in a room with problems. Owner likes to hang around outside and tinker with his Tesla so you have to actually call the hotel while standing at the front desk so someone will come assist you. They have a sign posted, stating as much. Avoid this place, they don't know how to run a hotel.
Aug 24, 2023 路 Larry SellersI drove 100 miles home instead of staying at this place again! The top is rented out and the pool and hot tub have been filled in with concrete and is used for storage. The owner is never there and attempted multiple times to overcharge on government rates. Furthermore; the owner insisted on charging a 4% card fee on a debit card. I left sweatpants at a previous stay and the owner stated that the hotel was closed that day and he would not be back. My sweatpants never made the return either. The front desk person Gary is not kind and attempts to grab money any way possible from customers. (If he鈥檚 there, you have to call the phone which is also located behind the desk) At this point it should just be fully turned into an apartment.
