Apr 29, 2025 · Stacey LoehrsThe valet, Chance, was excellent in making us feel welcome from when we arrived and each time we saw him. We had a special request that he was very helpful with and solved our problem. I appreciate an employee that is a problem solver, not just doing their job. All of the employees seemed to have a great attitude and it made us feel like they appreciated that we were at the Grady.
