Get directionsI've spent many of days at this hotel. There's not enough I can say . But one thing for sure, I love it. The staff is noteworthy. The hotel is clean and well kept. The beds are more than comfortable. Everyone that I know that stay there has nothing but the nicest things to say. I know the G.M and the sales director personally. Those 2 are an excellent team. Not only do they care about customer service. They care deeply for the customer as well. I'm always happy to see them. Because I know they got everyone covered. They go all out to ensure that your stay is perfect. Couldn't ask for a better duo than them. And the rest of the staff is undeniably the best. Dominica was nice enough to check on me each day and after I had left some items in my room when I left she picked them up for me. All out of the goodness of her heart. I appreciate her and your company for having such dedicated and caring employees! Thank you

Just 10 mins walk from Murray Hill train station from where you can take the train to NY. Near the vegetable market and also has a grocery store nearby. Parking available onsite. Daily room cleaning can be improved, especially with the dishes. Elevators should be fixed for the luggage movement. Overall I had a good stay here.

The elevator still doesn’t work, nor do the sauna and the TVs attached to the exercise equipment in the gym. The gym is very warm, as the AC does not seem to be working, and there are two portable fans running. The room also does not cool to the desired setting, and it took all night to get to a comfortable temperature. We will never stay at this hotel again, nor recommend it to anyone!

The hotel described that it has a 24 hour front desk - nope! After calling the 1-800 number it took 1 HOUR for the front desk clerk to come out OF A HOTEL ROOM) and check me in. Sleeping on the job ?!?! And they did not offer me anything for my trouble. Otherwise the hotel was fine and on the newer side. I was there for a reunion. In Summit and location was convenient.
