I tried to check in on Sunday as I opened the door the room smells like pee, turn the lights on they was mouse trapping all around the floor and it was dirty the desk was flirty the bathroom disgusting. They gave me another room 2 days later the heat went out mind you we are in the middle of a snow storm. The front desk was verry nasty and had no customer service training. I think I am been discriminate by this hotel for having a child with autism because when I went to the front desk to find out what's going to happen it told I need to handle my child before he call the police because the people below said she walking to hard. I am not sure how I need to halde the autism out my daughter when I spend most of the time there carrying her around because her strong are a little strong and that was the reason I wanted the first floor from the beginning. This place was a last minute thing could not find a hotel close by because of the holiday weekend and it was conveniently located for my kids school while work was being done at our home. Don’t stay there not worth it.

Absolutely terrible so so dirty definitely don’t recommend 120$ for a dirty room filled with roaches and I believe bed bugs I got bite by something or it’s ring worm idk but it’s was a horrible experience !!! Front desk was horrible! It’s was fine when we got in the room but once we turn the heater on & turned the lights off OMG 🤮 it was a swarm of roches coming out of everywhere! SAFE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND TRAUMA!!!

I was on this hotel on 12/30/2024 & 12/31/2024 room 224 while having breakfast on 12/31 i asked the front desk for the key to the restroom located inside the breakfast lounge and his response was i had a restroom in my room and thats the one i had to use. This doesn’t make any sense. Awful customer service!

Terrible hotel. Smells like weed and cigarettes. Dirty rooms. Loud noise from hallway and traffic. Front desk is useless. Stayed out of desperation because of flight cancellations and all hotels booked. Also sign says breakfast at 6. Manager said not until 730. Does not feel safe - lots of random people, doors propped open, people wandering the halls. I would not stay here.

They have roaches they are not managing time well on arrival the room was dirty , the tub had a roach I asked for it to be cleaned they said no one is there . How is that my problem inlaod for a clean place to lay my head. The next day the lady shows only like one person working at night I called for someone to clean again she showed later. I get it's hard pit here , it's well to hard for me to spend my hard earned money on laying I'm trash, that can be done for free.
