Arrived at this hotel after a 6 hr flight delay, and was greeted with a big smile by Mr. David. He made sure to check me in promptly, and was very empathetic. Mr David Is a good example of excellent customer service. Not to mention that I highly recommend this hotel as it is very nice and very clean. Will definitely stay here again if I’m ever traveling to this area.

May 13, 2025 · Veronica LozadaNever thought a hotel could be so cheap from having 2 stories but no elevator, only getting 1 set of towels per day not being able to ask for extra and having to give the old ones back to get new ones. Also no microwave in the rooms and even the light switch in the bathroom is set up like a wind up timer so u can only have light for a certain amount of minutes. The only plus sides I’ll give is the professional staff and that the rooms are very clean. But if the owner wants to keep business he/she better lighten up and update the hotel and buy some extra towels!

NO WI-FI, the entire floor smelled of WEED, and our preference for rooms to be close together was not met despite the hotel guaranteeing it. To top all of that, the manager was horribly rude. The lady said WI-FI IS COMPLIMENTARY, I AM NOT PAYING FOR IT, SO I CAN'T COMPLAIN ABOUT IT! They added one dehumidifier in a long corridor to get rid of the smell of weed, but it did not help at all (picture attached). The worst part is the manager came on the second day of our 2-day stay and was completely unapologetic, very loud, shouting and screaming, and was constantly trying to make it look like I have no right to complain about any of this. Horrible! Never again!

There was food/crumbs under the desk, in front of the TV, on the floor in front of the TV, and Still by the AC unit. I know they're busy with turnover but really ?? They didn't even attempt to get the food/ liquids up. I've been here on and off since December and haven't had any issue but this weekend was Not good. I went out and seen they put new towels but the floor is still dirty and I know they didn't vacuum because I have carpet fresh on the floor from the things they didn't clean previously. So disappointing.
