Jan 01, 2025 · Natasha RamosThe hotel is good. The location is also good except located in between roads. The staff is very helpful and professional. The beds are OK. Cleanliness is also OK. Accumulation of dust can be seen. As a suit; kitchen utensils are limited. Due to water saving it takes longer time both in the bathroom and kitchen.
Feb 12, 2025 · Derviş ÜSKÜDAR**This “hotel” seems to be geared towards people who are displaced, homeless or need a semi-affordable, long term option. **Stayed here longer than I intended or wanted to. Overall, the experience was not ideal… 5-6 out of 10. I would NOT return. **I only recommend this place to people who need somewhere to stay while looking for an apartment, have nowhere else to go, can’t stay with friends or family and/or are on a budget. If staying for one night, spend the extra money and go somewhere nicer unless you’re really that frugal or poor. **The good: Shelter, better than a motel, better rates than other hotels (but obviously nicer hotels should be preferred) can pay weekly, ample parking, good location, mostly nice staff, on-site (small) gym and coin or card operated laundry, kitchenette, given extra tissue rolls, towels and sheets as requested, free but slow WiFi, easy check in & extension process, housekeeping service every 2 weeks, they do hand out gift bags to select guests on holidays, some guests are friendly and are clearly just trying to get by **The bad: Crowds of people congregating in parking lot drinking and smoking, (in and outside of their cars) men smoking (weed, cigarettes, cigars and/or black and milds) near the back and side doors, DRUNK men peeing in bushes 🫣🤢, random men playing games and loud music near the entry doors or in the middle of the parking lot, people can be loud & obnoxious, cigarette butts left on ground, spit near entry & all over the sidewalk and parking lot, some people look disheveled and dirty and smell stank, most of the time the elevators & hallways stunk (lobby smells nice), dog poop left on sidewalk and in parking lot, rooms are not cleaned throughly (upon initial check in I swiffered a small area and the pad was BLACK, there were crumbs on the floor, on the table and in microwave), deteriorating furniture or appliances depending on your room , bed sheets had hair 🤮, fire alarms constantly going off from people smoking and cooking, blinds need to be dusted, molding is cheap and falling off, shower not hot enough in one room that I stayed in, people will move your clothes from washer or dryer, key cards need to be reactivated constantly, no feng shui in common areas like most hotels, trash bags left in hallway, barking dogs, some unleashed, they charge card without approval, paper THIN walls, had to switch rooms because some people have no class & lack parenting skills…there are kids with no home training who run, jump and bang all hours of the day and night, guests in other rooms may not be mindful of their noise level, seen someone served an eviction notice on their hotel door, couple in a domestic dispute and woman claimed to be stabbed, overpriced when staying monthly, seems like a ghetto fab complex than hotel. Additionally, this place seems like a lot of people are receiving state assistance to pay for the room. I felt extremely uncomfortable, disgusted and embarrassed to be here but my apartment search was dragging. **** upon checkout discovered MOLD **** ** Unlike some of the other reviews… I have not seen any roaches and was given a generous amount of tissue rolls and free WiFi. **To rate it a 4 or 5 is highly questionable and odd. Everyone has different standards but your Standards must be extremely low if you rate this place a 5 😂. Desperate times call for desperate measures but I would have checked out immediately if I was in for one to a few nights. Overall, This is a fair review from my personal experience. Stay here if you want to be in a sh*tty environment and encounter many low lives blowing smoke from their stank & dirty a** mouths. This place is FAR from quiet and gives low budget vibes. Who cares about nice artwork when the whole place feels dingey and you constantly have to walk past crackheads smoking and drinking all day.
Apr 19, 2025 · S AMy experience at the hotel was excellent. I was greeted by friendly staff (Mrs. Alicia and Mr John) and the maintenance guy helped out when needed. The rooms were impeçcable-clean, well-organized, and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere.
Apr 02, 2025 · Craig FreemanThis place is completely deceptive. First of all, they have zero coffee, zero food of any kind in the lobby. Beware that anytime you make a reservation it is never ever ever refunded. This place is more of a truckstop. There are people smoking marijuana everywhere. I know it’s legal, but it’s not a nice hotel. Certainly not a family hotel. There’s no hairdryer or iron the bare minimum of toiletries meaning one teeny tiny shampoo, and one soap. For the price, this is the worst hotel I’ve ever say that. Also, do not feel safe here
