I really enjoyed my time in New York. New York is a beautiful city. My stay was more than what I expected. I had a huge room, walk-in closet and a full kitchen. My bed was very comfortable so I felt like I was home. I would come back definitely but in the spring or summer. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at your beautiful hotel

Apr 02, 2024 · Andrea DavisThis is not a 5 star hotel for multiple reasons… 1. There’s no service. It’s extremely difficult to get a hold of front desk when you call using the hotel phone. Most of the time they didn’t answer so if you needed something as simple as water, you had to walk to the front desk to request it. 2. Water bottles in the room are not complementary. You are given two small bottles upon check in. If you request more water you will be charged. 3. We were stuck walking up/down 12 floors because the elevators were out of service on multiple occasions. 4. Complementary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel) were not great. They provided the bare minimum in the guest rooms. Definitely lacking for a five star hotel. Not staying here again.
Nov 12, 2023 · Mercell EnayatSuper friendly staff! The room was really nice, the AC was great and blocked out most sounds of traffic. There were plenty of toiletries and the kitchen had many dishes and coffee supplies. The bed was very comfy. The closets we're spacious and the balcony was clean.

The building is beautiful and location is fantastic! The Q subway is literally outside the door. On top of all of that the staff is phenomenal. So friendly, helpful and professional. They really go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need and more. I can't recommend this hotel enough! Our 2 cats loved it too :)
Sep 05, 2017 · Danielle KingPrice is great. The location is good right next to the last Q line subway station. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel could however use some renovating. The building is definitely showing some age. The hallway is super dark. There were several things that we broken in our room. The radiator heat was difficult to adjust to maintain a comfortable temperature in the room. We were either cold or hot. Since we were in the room only long enough sleep we did not tell the hotel about the issues until we checked out. Therefore they did not get the opportunity to remedy any of those things for us. Hopefully they put a little money into a facelift soon because I would love to stay here again in the future
