May 21, 2025 · Elpich Antón DorianI can’t say enough good things about my stay. I was greeted by the BEST front desk staff. Lilian went out of her way to make me feel welcomed and Sara made my check in and out process perfect. The two staff members, I believe Chris and Lynn helped me make it memorable. I was there for my birthday and had the best time. The upgrade and birthday recognition was such a sweet surprise. Perfect location, breakfast was amazing. I can go on forever! Thank youuuuuu
Apr 29, 2025 · Jennifer MilagreOver-all this is a great hotel to stay at if you like shopping (our 4th or 5th stay now…I lost track). It is conveniently located in the Assembly Row shopping mall. It doesn’t get any closer than this. As others have said, you can hear people talking in the hallways but that isn’t a hotel problem, that is a problem with guests not keeping it quiet in the hallways. As a hotel guest I always tell my kids to be quiet when walking down the hallways because people might be sleeping (especially when you have jet lag like we often do) The rooms are decent sized rooms for my wife and myself and all the luggage we travel with. It works for us and our large trunk suitcases. We feel that the front desk services are pretty good and helpful (they have even suggested place for us to eat) I personally have not tried the food in the breakfast place (I read a few complaints about this) but I have stayed in ALOT of hotels around the world and unless you are in a 5 star hotel, I don’t expect the best FREE breakfast (come on be reasonable…it is free). If you really want a better breakfast go to Tatte across the street for good coffee and other breakfast brunch items. I did experience a late check out and our room key stopped working here at this hotel once before. We learned if you want late check outs at any hotel, have them reprogram your room key (common sense right ? I mean the hotel is trying to maintain good security which we appreciate) Valet parking is a bit expensive at $58 per night when you can probably find street parking around the corner. But we use it for safety reasons as I don’t know how safe it is at night During this stay, the overhead shower was working but switch to the hand-held shower was broken. Not a big deal since we could still shower
Apr 21, 2025 · Combat FisherWe stayed at The Row Hotel for two nights during April break with our two kids (ages 7 and 11) and had a wonderful time. The room was spotless, the beds were super comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean and modern. We especially loved the smart TV—it made it easy to wind down as a family with YouTube and Netflix in the evenings. The hotel has a classy, upscale vibe from the moment you walk into the beautiful front lobby. We took full advantage of the amenities—our kids had a blast in the pool, and I used the treadmill in the gym, which was clean and well-equipped. The daily amenities fee wasn’t a problem since it could be used at the downstairs shop for snacks and drinks, and even at the restaurant. Instead of valet, we used SpotHero and found overnight parking nearby for just $5—which was a huge bonus. The hotel accidentally charged us for valet one night, but the front desk quickly corrected the mistake without any hassle. One small issue: we couldn’t figure out how to activate the handheld shower sprayer instead of using just the rainfall(which was really nice but the shower sprayer is easier for young children), even after following the instructions. Not a big deal, but clearer directions would help. A huge plus is the location—tons of shopping and restaurants are just steps away. Our kids especially loved visiting Learning Express and seeing the giant Lego giraffe outside the LEGO store! The staff was friendly and professional from check-in to housekeeping. We did come across a few snooty guests, but nothing unexpected for a higher-end hotel. Overall, we had a great family stay and would definitely return!
May 14, 2025 · Kyle BoehmerThe grand automatic doors of The Row Hotel part with a whisper, ushering you into a lobby that feels like a masterclass in understated luxury. This is not just an entrance—it’s an invitation to indulge in an atmosphere where modern elegance meets effortless comfort. The space unfolds like a carefully curated dream: buttery leather sofas, deep and inviting, sit alongside velvet-clad chairs so plush they seem to sigh under the weight of their own opulence. Every texture beckons—a tactile paradise for those who appreciate the finer things. Above, soaring ceilings draw the eye upward, where cascading pendant lights dangle like delicate jewelry, casting a warm, golden glow over the scene. At the far end, the long, sleek bar commands attention—a polished stage for craft cocktails and quiet conversations. Whether you’re sipping an expertly mixed negroni or simply basking in the refined ambiance, The Row ensures every moment feels intentional, every detail deliberate. This is a hotel that doesn’t shout its luxury—it murmurs it in rich fabrics, in the play of light and shadow, in the quiet confidence of its design. A stay here isn’t just accommodation; it’s an immersion into a world where elegance is effortless, and every corner feels like a well-kept secret. The Row Hotel doesn’t just welcome you—it enchants you. And really, who could resist?
