Recently traveled for business but briefly extended the stay to explore Arizona. First the good. Hotel was clean, and I have to give credit to front desk staff who allowed me to check-in a few hours early. Also housekeeping staff was very pleasant. The views on top floor are very nice and worth checking out if you're going to stay here. The not so good: soap dispenser broken off in shower, water in hotel gym nonfunctional, soda machine at rooftop bar out of function, credit card machine on top floor out of function. If it was just one item, no big deal, but the collective issues tells me the details are being missed. Also, the daily resort fee, which includes coupons for food and beverage comes with significant restrictions. Can't get specialty coffee, can't get food at main restaurant, etc. I stayed in Scottsdale 2 years ago, a short 10 minute drive North, similar pricing with better service, better resort options, avoidance of daily parking fees. I even brought this up to staff with overall indifference as a response. Overall not a bad stay but wouldn't return on my own if only for pleasure. Could've got a similar or better experience at a Fairfield or Hampton Inn down the road with cheaper rates. A little underwhelming for the typical experience expected from the Westin brand.

Mar 10, 2025 · Bill BradyOne of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. My only issue was parking… Our entire stay it was full so we had to find someplace else to park. Then there was a Starbucks linked to the hotel and both times me and my wife went it was the worst customer service from the hotel. On top of that very dry and bland pastries and the coffee was decent one day it was good the other was bad I would just suggest getting coffee while your out. Other than those two gripes wow! I had the best Amaretto sour at the lobby bar with some top tier customer service. The lobby staff was always helpful and kind. The entire place was just gorgeous and full of life. The rooftop was a great hangout spot it was a little small but still very fun especially at night. Our room was clean, comfy and full of little things that just made you feel special. We did not have any food here because it was saying breakfast was $79 dollars per person when I was booking…. I suggest having a nice little walk down to First watch which is very close for your coffee and breakfast. Then tons of good food joints around the hotel as well. I will definitely be going here again!
Mar 26, 2025 · Jasper FinleyOMG!!! Worst suite I have ever stayed in!!!! After waiting 2 hours for our room we walked into our suite, first impression… beautiful…. However as we started unpacking our bags( we are here for my sons wedding) there is literally NO PLACE to put our clothing but one very small half closet that did not even fit all my clothing, to say nothing of my husbands!! One small closet off the dining that has a safe. Extra bedding and ONE small drawer!!! Seriously this is RIDICULOUS!!! I would never recommend anyone to stay here if you an on staying more than one night!!! So Disappointed!!…. We love BonVoy Marriott but please…. you can do better!!
Apr 22, 2025 · Nancy KirsheStaying for a board meeting. I was not expecting the rooms to have so much natural light and space. The bathroom was large and beautiful. The food in the first floor restaurant was amazing. I had the salmon entree. The flavors were so fresh and paired beautifully.
Apr 25, 2025 · ML. J.Everything from the rooms, check-in, and the rooftop bar was awesome. Was in town for 1 day and the staff made my stay awesome. Big props to Phillip, Jordan, and Olivia to making my stay awesome! Whenever I'm in town I'll definitely be returning 👌💪
