We enjoyed the whole cabin, a campfire, a pretty cool golf cart rental right across the st . From our cabin witch was almost $100.00 cheaper than the Jellystone rentals. They have verity of sizes and styles to for your needs at the park!. Gas station close. Beach outdoor furniture water park and slides, wave pools live music, activities for everyone... Very enjoyable

Jul 27, 2025 · KrystalHonestly, I found this place to not be as terrible as the reviews make it out to be. The hotel part was not bad. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The front desk did not have toothbrushes available. There are comfortable furnishings in the common areas of the hotel. Clean rooms, although our bathroom had a couple of spots that could've been better. The bathroom did have soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. I do think the rooms could use a microwave. The chair in the room is quite comfortable. There is no coffee maker in the rooms but there is free coffee at the front desk that's pretty good. The hall on the third floor is hot but the fourth floor isn't. The ice maker on the third floor isn't the best but, the fourth floor one works well. The water park was great overall! Never busy. Always somewhere to put your things down. Everything worked except one hot tub. There were enough tubes to go around. The restaurant in the pool was never open so, even though it is posted that carry-ins are not allowed, you pretty much have to. The one thing that I was disappointed by was the number of lifeguards on their phones. Oh, and the bathroom/locker room is in sorry shape. We did not use the outdoor water park. The food situation at this place is the big downfall. There is a tiny menu to order off of and it takes forever to get your food. They forgot one of our entrees the first night. The bartender did take it off the bill and discount our bill as well without being asked. The second night we ordered a brat patty and a burger. What we got closely resembled and tasted like a tiny breakfast sausage patty on a bun. We would stay here again. If they fix the dining situation before we come back, that would be super.
Jul 13, 2025 · Eileen CimermancicHad a great time on my trip at the 3 Bears Resort. The rooms are nice and new. This resort is like the dells but better…why…because you are not overly crowded, no crazy lines. Had lots of fun on the slides and in the lazy river. The arcade was great. Food was really good. Must have the cheese curds. Staff was all super friendly. Definitely a great weekend get away.
Jul 17, 2025 · Sam SandlerWe were considering not staying here because of the past reviews BUT I am so glad we decided to make our own opinion about The Three Bears! We LOVED the indoor water park area! It is smaller than the Dells water parks but very enjoyable! (Lazy river, wave pool, kid pool area, big basketball pool, hot tub, multiple water slides and a smaller outdoor water park area) There was some things that needed cleaning up but it was from guests not the hotel! The lifeguards were all paying attention and were friendly! Our room was a good size and the beds were fine! The fridge was a little noisy but noting to ruin our experience! We didn’t use the arcade or restaurant! We planned ahead and brought our own food or ran out to pick up dinner! We would strongly recommend this place! Great for family time!
Jun 14, 2025 · Lori BongertWe decided to take a spontaneous weekend trip and found three bears resort. Everyone has been super nice and the indoor waterpark was great for our daughter. However we were quite disappointed in the quality of the outdoor pool. The bathrooms in both the indoor and outdoor pools were disgusting. The smell of urine was overwhelming. We were also very disappointed in the quality of food offered. Several of the items offered were walmart brand items. And the cost was outrageous. Had this not been a spontaneous trip, we definitely would have brought our own food. I really like that the rooms do not have carpeting and our room was clean. However, we can hear the people in the room above us running around. Overall, we have had a positive experience.
