The room had a strong, foul odor, suggesting something had recently burned. The microwave emitted a terrible smell when used, the carpet was torn and unclean, and the TV wasn’t functioning properly. I couldn’t sleep all night because of the unbearable stench. It was one of the most uncomfortable stays I’ve ever had. Despite multiple calls to the front desk, no one was sent to check the room, address the issues, or offer a room change. Simple requests like tea and creamer were ignored. Attempts to reach management were met with delays, and when they finally responded, they offered a token gesture of loyalty points that didn’t remotely reflect the experience. There was an incident were a customer fell in the bathroom because the staff failed to post wet floor signs. The rooms are outdated and the beds feel like plywood with a piece of foam over it

We arrived very late—close to 3 AM—and encountered a technical issue that prevented us from checking in. Despite the hour and the difficulty in reaching support, Kay remained calm, persistent, and incredibly helpful. She made multiple calls (because no one was answering), patiently worked through the problem, and ultimately got us checked in. Her dedication, clear communication, and professionalism turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. It's never ideal to be stuck without a room in the middle of the night, but Kay truly went above and beyond. Thank you so much, Kay—you made all the difference!
