This hotel was excellent! The service was amazing, the room was clean and well maintained, the pool was very nice, the breakfast was better than any free hotel breakfast we have had, and there were many stores and restaurants within walking distance. It was very quiet, and we were traveling with a baby in one room but could not hear her cry in the next room. The only negative is that this location is close to the airport so you do occasionally hear a plane overhead but it did not interfere with our stay at all. I would stay here again over and over and definitely recommend if you are planning to stay in the area!

A little thing, but so nice. It's probably the first time I wasn't thirsty or leaving to buy water while staying in a hotel 😂 The location was great and walking distance to Meijer and food. The rooms were ok. Carpet and chair were run down, but the room was clean. Honestly, the nice staff made up for the just ok rooms and we would stay again.

As a female traveler, feeling safe in a hotel room is my top priority. The deadbolt lock in my room was not working. Front desk immediately called the manager who came to check it out within minutes. Mind you...it was 1030pm. He tried to fix it but something was just not working. I expressed my concern at staying alone in a room without all the safety measures. Thinking the hotel was sold out, the manager offered several solutions to help make me feel safe. We landed on bringing something up to the room that was heavy for me to block the door. There ended up being actually being another room available and they quickly moved me over there. It would have been very easy for the manager to just say, well the door has an automatic lock, you're on your own. But he didn't. And he never once made me feel like I was overreacting. He was kind and understood my concern. I truly appreciate the manner in which this was handled. Definitely recommend! Thank you.

While checking in he was rude to multiple guests, insulted a mother who asked a basic question and was aggressive towards my wife. The cleaning staff was friendly, generally cheery and very helpful. Barbi, who worked the breakfast buffet on Friday, May 23rd was lovely. She kept everything well stocked, and we noticed her helping a small child serve herself. In general, the property was lovely, but the poor quality of service from the man working the counter at check-in left a horrible taste in my mouth.

Staff goes above and beyond to try and help, special shoutout to Tyler, Mai, and Elizabeth. They did gracious things like email me when I forgot my kindle to help me pick it up, lent a power cord, and were flexible with check out times. Thank you so much!
