I cannot thank them enough for helping out my family. The rooms and whole hotel were clean and in great shape. The complimentary breakfast had a surprisingly large variety, and the pool was warm and wonderful.
Apr 13, 2025 · Abbi FitzpatrickStayed here because it was well recommended but it turned out to be a massive disappointment. The room, while modern-looking, was not thoroughly clean. There was pet hair on the carpet and brown blood stain on the sheets. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles attached to the wall were also just about empty. The quality of the included breakfast was underwhelming and a health code violation. The toast was hard and tasted stale and the English muffins were moldy. I’m not exaggerating. See photo attached. They did not have napkins for most breakfast days and when they did it was Christmas-themed. Christmas napkins when it’s spring time. I wish I could have gotten a refund on my stay to go elsewhere because overall this was an unpleasant experience. It felt like management really cheaped out on everything. That said, I like that they have a kitchen, pool, gym, and grills, but the lack of quality makes this hotel stay something I would not like to repeat.

Feb 23, 2025 · Carol LRooms are okay, but don’t offer an oven as advertised. You also won’t get a new kitchen sponge, toilet paper, or other replacement items unless you physically go down to the front desk and ask. Most of the staff were friendly, except a very bitter woman I spoke with around 3pm on 2/11/25 who called herself a “manager.” I checked in on 1/26, but needed to extend my stay to 1/31. Because Marriott still operates archaically in so many ways, I had to create an additional booking rather than extending my initial stay. This meant that I was charged an additional deposit, which is ridiculous but I didn’t protest. What I found unacceptable is that I still have not been refunded either of these deposits more than a week after check-out. When I called to get help with this on 2/11, the woman on the line said that I needed to contact my bank. I told her that I had already done this, and that my bank showed both charges as “pending” which meant that the problem could only be resolved by the merchant. She continued to repeat in an annoyed and uncaring tone that I needed to call my bank. After about 5 minutes of this, I decided a robot might be better help and called bonvoy. They “put in a ticket” with the hotel. I have still not received my money back more than 2 weeks later. I will now be booking only with Hilton, who always refunds me less than 24 hours after check-out
