Jan 18, 2025 · Jonathan HallWorst hotel experience I ever had. The whole hotel premises smells like urine. The room is not clean and almost nothing works properly. There was a used condom packet and tissues inside the bedside drawer. The sink doesn’t drain. The bathtub drains but no water in the shower. If you are looking for a place to stay, keep looking.
Mar 29, 2024 · Nabil Al Nahin Ch🚫Alert🚫 🦠🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🛑 EYE 🛑Terrible service, they treated me like a criminal and they are very racist. I do not recommend this hotel at all since there are rats and mice. I had an accident because of the rats and animals that are in this hotel and I was in the rooms from November 4th until the 12th in the early morning because it is subject to the police or security on duty. She kicked me out of the room, treated me very badly and is a very racist woman? context of the accident that happened I was sleeping and it was like three in the morning when I felt something walking on my body and they were two rats that were on top of me at the time I got up I tripped and hurt my hand I went to the reception to change rooms so I could sleep well on the 11th in the early morning the door to my room was half open the black subject called security knocked on the door very aggressively and saw that I was an LGBT person and from there she started throwing me and making signs of hatred and racism to which I told her that I had to ask at the reception to find out about the context but the black subject became more aggressive but anyway I do not recommend this hotel since there are cockroaches, rats, bedbugs and the people who serve are very racist ?? which subject asked for more reinforcements and between four black people they picked me up and squeezed me, they hit me? C the hotel sees this, remember that I am going to file a complaint about the bugs and I am going to report it to the city because this cannot be happening, that there are animals in hotels, there could be an infection or some bacteria from this type of places that still They are allowed to be in function
Nov 12, 2024 · fernanda Molina blancoTerrible facility. Cockroaches, vomit on walls, blood on the ceiling, doors don't work. If they have a cleaning staff they need a wellness check because they've clearly perished. I think, however, the business leverages a policy of leaving the cleaning to the itinerant customers, but that strategy has clearly failed in a systemic way.
Nov 08, 2024 · Keith MPictures are worth 1000 words. This is the worst motel I've ever reserved in my entire life. I checked in and out within an hour. Extremely unsettling, even in the spirit of Halloween. I didn't even waste time arguing for refund when the manager kept saying that their bookings are final. No wonder... I didn't care about forfeiting my 2 nights cost. Please ask yourself why before booking.
