I lost power at my home and chose to stay at this hotel. In the first room, I was given the toilet was dirty and the room had a bad smell. I went back to the front desk, and the woman was new, so she had the manager on the phone to get assistance changing my room. I don't have anything bad to say about a last-minute check-in. Just one thing housekeeping needs to be trained better and supervised. A sanitary room is key!!

When considering an extended stay hotel, potential guests often prioritize certain aspects, including the environment, the range of services offered, unique features, and any available promotional information. WoodSpring Suites Easton Nazareth aims to address these needs by providing a straightforward and functional living space designed for longer durations.
Environment: The hotel is situated in Palmer Township, a community that offers a balance of suburban tranquility and accessibility to nearby amenities. While the exact immediate surroundings would require a personal visit, WoodSpring Suites properties are typically found in areas that are convenient for commuters and offer access to essential services like grocery stores, dining options, and often retail centers. The building itself is designed with efficiency in mind, focusing on providing essential comforts for extended stays rather than luxurious frills. This approach contributes to its affordability, making it an attractive choice for budget-conscious travelers. The exterior and common areas are generally maintained to provide a welcoming, if not opulent, atmosphere. The focus is on functionality and ease of living for guests who will be residing there for weeks or even months.
Services: As an extended stay hotel, WoodSpring Suites Easton Nazareth offers a set of services tailored to long-term guests. While specific daily housekeeping may differ from traditional hotels, extended stay properties often provide weekly or bi-weekly cleaning services, with options for more frequent service at an additional charge. This allows guests more privacy and control over their living space. In-room amenities typically include a kitchen area with a refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop, enabling guests to prepare their own meals and save on dining out. This is a significant advantage for extended stays, contributing to both comfort and cost savings. Laundry facilities are also usually available on-site, offering convenience for guests who need to do their own washing. While specific details on other services like fitness centers or breakfast options would need to be verified, the core service model revolves around providing the tools and environment for independent living over an extended period. Customer service at the front desk is typically available during set hours to assist with check-ins, check-outs, and general inquiries. However, as noted in some customer reviews, experiences with staff and service can vary, and it is advisable for guests to manage expectations regarding immediate resolutions to certain issues, especially during off-peak hours or with new staff members.
Features: The defining feature of WoodSpring Suites Easton Nazareth, like other hotels in its brand, is its commitment to providing a comfortable and affordable extended stay experience. Each room is designed to function as a mini-apartment, equipped with a well-appointed in-room kitchen. This allows guests to maintain a sense of routine and normalcy, which is particularly valuable during longer stays. The rooms are generally furnished with basic yet comfortable furniture, designed for practicality and durability. Many WoodSpring Suites locations are also pet-friendly, a significant feature for guests traveling with their furry companions, although it is always recommended to confirm specific pet policies and any associated fees directly with the hotel. The independent nature of extended stay hotels means guests have more autonomy over their environment. The focus on basic amenities and self-sufficiency contributes to the hotel's competitive pricing model, making it an attractive option for those looking for value without sacrificing essential comforts for a longer duration. While specific details on internet access (Wi-Fi) would need to be confirmed, it is generally expected that extended stay hotels offer this as a standard amenity, often with different tiers of service available.
Promotional Information: While specific ongoing promotions for WoodSpring Suites Easton Nazareth are not publicly detailed without direct inquiry or a visit to their official website, extended stay hotels frequently offer competitive rates for longer bookings. Guests staying for a week, a month, or even longer often benefit from significantly reduced nightly rates compared to short-term stays. It is common for these hotels to have tiered pricing based on the length of stay, with discounts increasing as the duration extends. They may also offer special rates for corporate clients, business travelers, or individuals affiliated with local businesses or institutions. Potential guests are encouraged to contact the hotel directly at (610) 200-5999 or +1 610-200-5999 or visit their brand's official website to inquire about current specials, loyalty programs, or any seasonal promotions that might be available. Often, booking directly with the hotel can also unlock exclusive offers not available through third-party booking sites. For those searching under "Hotels Near Of Me" with an emphasis on value and longer stays, WoodSpring Suites Easton Nazareth is positioned as a strong contender.
Customer Feedback and Considerations: It is important for prospective guests to consider the feedback from previous customers, as this provides a more nuanced understanding of the guest experience. Some reviews indicate areas where the hotel could improve. For instance, a review mentioned issues with initial room cleanliness and a bad smell, highlighting the importance of thorough housekeeping training and supervision. While the front desk staff attempted to resolve the issue, consistent adherence to cleanliness standards is crucial for guest satisfaction, especially in an extended stay environment where guests spend significant time in their rooms. Another review detailed a highly unusual and concerning incident where another guest was checked into an already occupied room. This points to potential issues with their booking or room management system and a lack of clear resolution from management. While such incidents may be rare, they underscore the importance of hotel management ensuring robust operational procedures and effective conflict resolution. Guests seeking an extended stay should understand that while WoodSpring Suites aims to provide a functional and affordable option, individual experiences with specific staff or unexpected operational glitches can occur. It is always advisable to communicate any concerns promptly and clearly to the hotel staff to seek resolution. The hotel's value proposition primarily lies in its affordability and the convenience of in-room kitchenettes for longer stays, making it suitable for guests who prioritize these aspects.
In summary, WoodSpring Suites Easton Nazareth, categorized under "Hotels Near Of Me," serves as a practical and economical choice for extended stays in the Palmer Township area. It offers an environment designed for functionality, with services catering to long-term living, prominently featuring in-room kitchens. While it provides a budget-friendly solution, potential guests should consider its focus on essential amenities and manage expectations regarding luxury or immediate resolution of complex issues, drawing insights from available customer feedback. For those prioritizing affordability and the convenience of an independent living setup for an extended period, it remains a viable option.

May 13, 2025 · classyladi VRWe checked in the hotel and then left to visit family nearby. In the span of maybe about 3 hours they booked another guest into our room. We came in the room and found a random guy FaceTiming his girlfriend in the room with our possessions still in the room. The guy was just as confused as we were. Apparently they have some sort of arrangement with a trucking company and this random guy who was in our room was under the impression he was sharing a room with another trucker. He seemed like a nice guy and all but I didn’t want to share the room with a random stranger. No explanation or resolution provided by any staff members. The manager this morning seemed unfazed by what occurred. Also the generous one bar of soap may have been enough for myself and my father but the addition of another guest may have been too much.
May 17, 2025 · isaac jabbourWhen we first checked in we were given a room that had clearly not been cleaned. We did quickly get reassigned to a room that was ready for us. It was very barebones no shampoos/conditioner, only a few towels, no hairdryers. Only a single bar of soap. Yes there's a kitchen but no cups, paper plates, etc. Also our room was never cleaned throughout our stay, no fresh towels, trash can emptied. My other big complaint was it wasn't very easy to get sleep between thin walls and thinner sheets & pillows. It was a short last minute stay but I probably will look elsewhere next time I'm staying in the area.
May 11, 2025 · Anna DahlinThis review is dedicated to the manager, Ashley. I was on a business trip and booked a room at this hotel. When I arrived, the receptionist was from housekeeping, filling in due to staff shortages. She was friendly and tried to help me, but things quickly went downhill when she had to call her manager, Ashley. I was asked to pay a $20 deposit, which I tried to do using my corporate card. It didn’t go through. I then tried another card, but it was declined as well. Instead of offering solutions, Ashley, who was on speakerphone, rudely commented, “If the person doesn’t have $20, what can she do?” She then told me outright that I could not stay at the hotel because I didn’t have the $20 deposit - considering that the room was paid!!!!!!!! She didn’t even allow the thought that there was an issue with their payment machine. I explained that I was on a business trip, exhausted after a long journey and that it was late in the evening with nowhere else to go. She showed no empathy and refused to let me stay. She didn’t offer any alternative payment options like cash—just a flat-out no. Eventually, I could no longer speak with Ashley and suggested the receptionist use my debit card, which was finally accepted. But by that point, I already felt disrespected and unwelcome. If it hadn’t been so late, I would have walked out immediately. The way Ashley handled the situation was unprofessional, rude, and completely unacceptable. She was ready to leave a guest out on the street over $20! I will never stay at this hotel again!!!! Terrible customer service and a lack of basic human decency from management!
Mar 15, 2025 · Polina ShapovalI have stayed at a lot of hotels in my life. The staff were insistent about needing ID from the moment we walked in. They don’t offer any breakfast. They didn’t have ANY soap, shampoo, conditioner, or even tooth paste. The AC also only worked off & on. My face was itchy & swollen badly after waking up due to the materials used to clean the pillow cases. Not sure if that is due to budget limitations though. The staff were mostly nice, but the lack of amenities were definitely noticeable. I wouldn’t come again for that reason but it was also nice enough to not be a dump. It was certainly much better than sleeping in the streets.
