Location is great, close to allot local stores and restaurants within walking distance!!! But evening customer service is horrible. If you don’t have clean linen when checked in sign says you have pay for those and towels. I had huge room with kitchen set up which was nice but you also have pay for coffee essentials for room and or anything kitchen related.(I did not see any of this on website). Halls smell like dirty diapers and weed smoke. No other service of any kind offered. Will not come back or recommended. Elevator was broke and I have elder mother who can barely walk at times, this is also was not communicated with me until I drove 500 miles for check in. I even called and left message prior to arriving days before requesting call back.

We were given one towel and one bar of soap for two people to stay for 5 nights. We asked the front desk manager if we could have the room cleaned because it was disgusting. “they get cleaned twice per week” which was obviously not true looking at the room. He told me if I wanted clean towels to follow him into a back room where they keep linens and said I needed to grab new sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc. myself and take care of it myself. Typically this is all taken care of by the hotel and not by you after having to ask for clean linens. Not the type of stay that you rave about or encourage for anyone you care about. Stay away from this hotel if you can help it.

I work for an aviation company, and I travel quite a bit for work related projects, so I feel I can honestly make a pretty good assessment of most major hotel chains. I stayed here at Woodspring Suites for approximately 3 months. During this period I had very positive, friendly and accommodating interactions with the front desk staff. The property manager, Amanda runs a very tight ship! She's quick to resolve most issues and if she can't immediately fix your need, she'll give you a reasonable timeframe to fix the problem or offer another solution. I also want to compliment the hotel housekeeping staff for overall cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms and general public areas. Most extended stay hotels in this market segment are poorly kept, with bugs and cleanliness issues. Woodspring Suites does a fantastic job, with cleanliness, customer service and product value. The property is well kept. The laundry room offers coin less pay options. The gym is on par with most hotels of this size. (Treadmill, some weights, and a machine) There's a large outdoor area behind the property for walking pets. The parking lot is well lit and they have on site security for your vehicle. In fact- you even need your room key card just to enter the lobby area or common areas after hours. It's a very safe hotel and I didn't have one issue with noise or unruly guests. If you're looking for an extended stay hotel for personal or business needs that offers clean rooms, security, friendly customer service and great value- I HIGHLY recommend you give this hotel consideration.
Mar 20, 2025 · Mike RamirezWas hesitant about vehicle safety due to extended stay but management was so helpful to let me know that I can park by a camera and they would keep an eye on it management is on top of everything super clean very understandable and friendly which u don’t come across often anymore I plan on staying for an extended time. It’s always clean never any issues with other guests have total privacy and would like to thank management for always taking the time to just have a conversation with me super friendly staff and management
