This place was just ok for one night. Would not return to it. The pictures are deceiving. The room had a king bed with a worn out bedspread. There was a used washcloth left in the bathroom tub. There's just a 32" television with very few stations in analog . A mini fridge and small microwave. Tiny coffee maker in the room. The continental breakfast was definitely disappointing. Serving very small muffins, cold cereal, yogurt, some fruit. Coffee was available in very small cups. Thankfully there was a Dunkin donuts not too far. The location is close to the rotary. The pool is in a separate building so you have to walk outside to get to it. The hot tub needs to be painted but the pool looked good. Otherwise, I would not recommend this place for the price of $145.00/night. No discounts given.

All Seasons Inn & Suites Introduce

For those searching for "Hotels Near Of Me" in Bourne, Massachusetts, the All Seasons Inn & Suites presents itself as a straightforward lodging option located at 114 Trowbridge Rd, Bourne, MA 02532, USA. With contact numbers (508) 759-3883 and +1 508-759-3883, this motel aims to provide essential services for travelers, particularly those seeking an economical stay in the Cape Cod area. It's important to approach this hotel with realistic expectations, as customer reviews indicate a functional, rather than luxurious, experience.

Environment and Location

All Seasons Inn & Suites is situated on Trowbridge Road in Bourne, a town that serves as the gateway to Cape Cod. Its location is frequently highlighted as a significant upside, particularly its proximity to the Bourne Rotary and the iconic Bourne Bridge, which connects Cape Cod to mainland Massachusetts. This makes it a convenient stop for travelers heading onto or off the Cape. While the immediate surroundings are noted to be near a rotary, which can contribute to some traffic noise, the hotel's placement offers easy access to major routes, including Route 28 for convenient travel towards Falmouth and the Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket ferry terminals.

The motel is strategically positioned for accessing various local attractions. It is within a short drive of the Massachusetts Maritime Academy (around 6 minutes by car or 3.3 miles) and the historic Aptucxet Trading Post Museum (approximately 1 mile away), one of the earliest Pilgrim building remains. The Cape Cod Canal, a popular spot for biking, walking, and fishing, is also easily accessible; the Bourne Recreation Area (Cape Cod Canal) is just 0.3 miles away. Other nearby points of interest include Doran Park (about a 10-minute walk or 0.6 miles), Water Wizz (a water park approximately 9-10 minutes drive), and cultural sites like the Sandwich Glass Museum and Heritage Museums and Gardens, though these are slightly further out (around 6-8 miles). The environment around the hotel is typical of a roadside motel in a commercial area, providing basic accessibility to essential services and local landmarks. Some guests have noted that despite being near the rotary, soundproofed windows aim to mitigate noise, particularly for rooms located away from the main traffic.

Services and Amenities

All Seasons Inn & Suites offers a range of basic amenities designed to provide a functional stay. Key services include a 24-hour reception (though the front desk is staffed during limited hours, generally until midnight, implying that late-night check-ins might require prior arrangements), free Wi-Fi access throughout the property, and complimentary self-parking on site. For guests traveling with vehicles, the free parking is a practical advantage, though some reviews suggest parking directly in front of the building might be limited.

One of the hotel's noted amenities is its indoor swimming pool. However, as one customer review points out, "The pool is in a separate building so you have to walk outside to get to it." While the pool itself was described by one guest as "looked good," the attached hot tub was noted to "need to be painted," suggesting some areas may be in need of maintenance. The pool and hot tub are generally available for guest use, with some guests describing the pool area as spacious and "spotless," contrasting with others who found it "super sketchy," indicating a varying guest perception or potential inconsistency in upkeep.

The hotel also provides a continental breakfast. This amenity, however, has consistently received negative feedback from guests. One review stated, "The continental breakfast was definitely disappointing. Serving very small muffins, cold cereal, yogurt, some fruit. Coffee was available in very small cups." Another review, while giving a high rating, simply stated "breakfast was good," which contradicts most comments. Other reports mention "free to-go breakfast" or "on-the-go breakfast available daily 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM" and that "breakfast was not available during their stay." This inconsistency and general disappointment suggest that guests should manage expectations regarding the quality and variety of the breakfast, and perhaps consider alternative options nearby, such as the mentioned "Dunkin Donuts not too far."

Guestrooms at All Seasons Inn & Suites are generally equipped with a mini-fridge, a small microwave, and a tiny coffee maker. Each room includes a private bathroom with a tub or shower and a hairdryer. Air conditioning and heating are standard features, and rooms may also include an electronic safe, iron and ironing board, and complimentary toiletries including body soap, hair conditioner, and shampoo. Flat-screen TVs are provided, though a review mentioned a "32" television with very few stations in analog" and another cited a "TV was 20 years old and barely worked," indicating that television quality and channel selection might be outdated or limited in some instances. Rooms are accessed via exterior corridors, which some guests prefer for direct access to their vehicles. Down comforters, blackout drapes, and soundproofing are listed as room comforts, aiming to provide a restful environment.

Regarding staff, reviews are mixed. While some customers mentioned "the staff couldn't have been nicer" and "staff were very kind" and "super friendly and helpful," another's cynical comment, "staff was...there?", suggests inconsistency or minimal interaction for some guests. The front desk operates with limited hours, generally daily until midnight.

Features and Unique Aspects

The All Seasons Inn & Suites is a non-smoking property with 40 rooms spread across one or more floors, accessible by stairs only as there are no elevators. While the hotel aims to offer basic comforts, several customer reviews highlight significant areas for improvement regarding cleanliness and room condition. Comments like "EVERYTHING was super clean!" are directly contradicted by "The room had a king bed with a worn out bedspread. There was a used washcloth left in the bathroom tub," "rooms smelled," "rug was filthy," and "bathroom had chipped tile everywhere." Other complaints include "stained and bleached bedding," "musty and dark and outdated," and "ceilings were peeling." This discrepancy suggests a potential inconsistency in housekeeping or a need for widespread refurbishment across the property. One reviewer noted that the pictures online might be "deceiving."

The presence of a mini-fridge and microwave in each room is a convenient feature for guests who wish to store snacks or prepare simple meals, which can be particularly useful given the limited breakfast options. However, the overall impression from critical reviews indicates that the property, despite some positive mentions of staff friendliness or convenient location, struggles with maintaining modern standards and overall cleanliness that many travelers expect.

The hotel does not allow pets, which is a policy to note for travelers with animals. Cribs/infant beds are not available, and there is no capacity for extra beds, which could be a limitation for larger families. The minimum check-in age is 21.

The hotel is situated at a rotary, which could mean some rooms might experience traffic noise, as noted by a guest who suggested requesting a room away from the traffic if sensitive to noise. The hotel also has security features such as smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, a security system, a first aid kit, and window guards, aiming to ensure guest safety. Barbecue grills are also available for guest use, offering an outdoor dining option.

Promotional Information and Value

The All Seasons Inn & Suites is positioned as a budget-friendly option for travelers. However, the perceived value for money is a point of contention among guests. One review explicitly states, "I would not recommend this place for the price of $145.00/night. No discounts given." While prices can fluctuate (some rates are listed around $119-$141 for a standard room, or $90 for a king room without tax on some booking sites), this comment suggests that some guests feel the amenities and condition do not justify the cost. Review scores on various platforms generally reflect this, with property conditions and facilities often rated around 5.8/10, cleanliness around 6.4/10, and staff & service around 6.8/10. Overall scores frequently fall in the "Mediocre" to "Fair" range (e.g., 4.9/10 or 5.0/10 based on hundreds of reviews).

Positive aspects often mentioned in the limited favorable reviews revolve around its convenient location near the Cape Cod Canal and major roads, and occasional praise for staff hospitality. However, recurring themes of outdated rooms, cleanliness issues (e.g., "musty smell," "filthy rug," "chipped tile"), and disappointing breakfast offerings temper the overall impression. For those seeking basic accommodation solely for a stopover or for its strategic location near Bourne attractions, and who are not particular about modern amenities or extensive breakfast options, All Seasons Inn & Suites might serve its purpose. However, for travelers prioritizing comfort, cleanliness, and updated facilities, managing expectations is crucial, or considering alternative options in the area might be advisable. The hotel accepts major credit cards and cash for payment. It's advisable for prospective guests to check recent reviews and photos from various sources to gain a comprehensive and current understanding of the hotel's condition before booking.

In summary, All Seasons Inn & Suites, located at 114 Trowbridge Rd, Bourne, MA 02532, USA (phone: (508) 759-3883 or +1 508-759-3883), positions itself as a "Hotels Near Of Me" option with an indoor pool and complimentary continental breakfast. While its location near the Bourne Bridge and Cape Cod Canal is a definite advantage, reviews consistently point to significant concerns regarding room cleanliness, outdated facilities, and the quality of the breakfast, suggesting that the property's appearance in pictures may be "deceiving." Potential guests should weigh the convenience of its location against the reported conditions to make an informed decision for their stay in Bourne.

Upside: no bedbugs, roaches, shower worked. Downside: rooms smelled, TV was 20 years old and barely worked, rug was filthy, bathroom had chipped tile everywhere, pool was super sketchy, staff was...there? This a good place to do a drug deal or have a sordid affair. Not recommended for anything else.

So I made the mistake of renting the room for a week before seeing it. Because because it is the most disgusting smelly gross motel I've ever stayed in. I went across the Quality Inn and it was 20 Bucks more and like the Four Seasons compared to the all seasons. The management there is non-existent. They are anti Americans. I will never stay there again ever and I came to visit family and every time I left my room. They went into my room but did not for an entire week. Change my sheets they didn't take the trash out. It was disgusting. If you stay there you gotta do everything yourself .

TV kept cutting out with the picture color. The phone in room didn't work. Not enough towels in the bathroom. Never cleaned up dirty towels and replaced with clean. Toilet was clogged, and front desk gave me a plunger and said sorry I don't do toilets. The pool I never used, altho I was super excited to, as it was chipping away and there looked likethere was algae growing. Breakfast was mini muffins and bananas w yogurt. Coffee, no other options for drinks. The wall had 2 holes in it (probably from a previous mounting of the TV). There were bugs (spiders/other flying insects) crawling on the walls. We stayed 2 nights and didn't get any kind of house keeping. We left for most of the day the 2nd day we were there. It was convenient for the military base/cemetery but other than that.... Not impressed

Wasn’t expecting much of this place. Just needed a place to sleep for the night while visiting friends on the cape. Everything was fine until I got a fraud charge notification from my bank. I don’t use my debit card often but used it at check in. 3 hours later I was receiving messages from my bank. Someone was trying to use my debit card on overseas transactions. Not a coincidence I’m my opinion. Would not recommend based on that.
