The older man that works the front desk is down right rude. He is very unprofessional and snappy. I booked a room there for 4 nights that I'm paying money to them for. While at work I would call and ask them to connect me to the room number so I could check on family. He acted so rude and mean about this when I only called once or twice a day to check. Why? What is so hard or aggravating about connecting me to my room number? I believe this place would do much better if they hired someone more polite than the man running the front desk.

May 12, 2025 · Danielle BurnsedIt was so bad we checked in but did not spend 5 minutes in the room. Booked online but did not stay....not a chance. Not even slightly cleaned from previous guests the sheets appeared to be remade, there's a large carpet-covered hole in the floor larger than a shoe and bathrooms had not been serviced from previous stays. Refunded and fled quickly.
May 17, 2025 · AutolynxPaid $1400 for a 12 day stay and I couldn't even get a cup of coffee nor were there any coffee makers in the room. I asked manager for coffee and was told that the owner was not in! When the website says breakfast service, Definitely not a upscale or friendly place to stay and the front desk staff/Manager is not friendly or helpful. Rooms smell like weed, etc and everything else
May 15, 2025 · Y WilliamsThis place is TRASH!!!!! You have to get a smoking room for a decent rate. If you get an NS room, you have to leave a deposit. I booked through USAA perks, and the check-in guy said he needed a credit card. My response was, FOR WHAT??? I am not paying for this twice, and had to dig deep for my receipts. He had to make some phone calls. Then the room reeked of old cigarettes, it was unbelievably small, and you had to play with the handle to make the toilet flush. Overall, this place should turn itself into an extended stay. This place is great for one-night stands and working girls.
May 10, 2025 · David GibsonStay away from this hotel!! Bunch of ignorants!!! Front door is closed for whatever reason and had to wait for long to get someone. As an artist I had work and couldn’t find better hotels nearby that’s the reason I booked in-order to begin with. I’m not even a person who does negative reviews for minor things, this is extremely major and that’s why I’m doing it.. I have booked a reservation and got a confirmation number yet they’re claiming my name is not in the system. Therefore I can’t give you a room, I called the 3rd party they said it’s confirmed from the hotel and emailed me the confirmation number. I showed him, he said “The 3rd party didn’t give me the money but I can offer you a room if you’re booking with us directly”!! What a joke and unprofessional way of making income. Scammers in short!!! Trust me, I have been staying many chain hotels pretty much half of the planet and found many issues but trust me this is by far the worst ever and I am warning you stay away if you don’t want to waste your TIME AND MONEY!!!
