We LOVED our stay here at the biltmore. We stayed in a villa by the golf course. View was amazing, plenty of space for my kids and I. The stay was literal perfection! Plenty of pools, big water slide amd the restaurants were so delightful!! Our only complaint was the massage. We did book an hour massage and they gave us a 45 minute massage. We booked it for 10 a.m with two females and when we showed up at 9:45 a.m they said we had two males. My husband will not let me or him get massages by two men so we had to reschedule to 4 p.m which I was not happy about bc after being at the pool drinking I felt like it made no sense. My husband asked for Swedish massage and he said it was soooo soft, and I was very disappointed in the entire experience. 700 dollars couples massage plus tip and they had zero integrity about it. They treated us like, excuse my language… like shit… Other than the spa I rate the experience a 5 plus

Jun 07, 2025 · angielina arriolaHistoric property. We've stayed at truly spectacular resorts; this is nice. Nothing that will make you go WOW. Rooms are a good size with ample closet, drawers, mini fridge. Bed is very comfortable. Staff is pleasant. Food and beverage is extremely high. Glass of basic wine starts at $20, $23 for a 6 oz pour, $30 for a 9oz. Burgers about $26. And it's all average. Nothing special or amazing about the food or ambiance. This was for a conference but I wouldn't go back for pleasure. So many other incredible resorts to choose from. No sense of luxury.
Jun 14, 2025 · Trish ASuch a beautiful hotel. Adult pool is very nice, get there early on weekends if you wish to sit on lounge chair without having to rent. Pool had a wonderful DJ, great music, not too loud, just right. The lobby bar very stylish with great drinks. Architecture is definitely phenomenal. The only odd thing about our room was that we entered through the bathroom hallway! A bit unusual, therefore, one cannot enter/exit room if someone is using the bathroom…
May 12, 2025 · Aleksandra MunteanThe architectural style alone is enough to want to stay here. It feels like you’re walking around the grounds of a 1930s hotel, influenced by Frank Lloyd Wright. There are so many different areas for guest to lounge. For families, the pool with the three story water slide looks like a perfect place for the kids. The spa is tranquility at its best with a large indoor/outdoor area to lounge in after you get your treatment. We went to one of the restaurants and the food was good. We tried cappuccinos at their bakery store and they were absolutely awful. I ended up throwing mine away. It tasted burnt and it is the only bad thing about the hotel; especially since two cappuccinos cost about $22. You would think they could have a barista to make sure you had an excellent coffee for that price. Our room was amazing, with a large lounge chair, desk, and space for all your needs. It was beautifully decorated, and the beds were especially comfortable.
Mar 22, 2025 · Lori4.5 stars is about right. The grounds are absolutely magnificent with desert landscaping and lots of greenery that’s is very well maintained. They have 7 pools, all of which are very nice and well kept. The rooms are nice, the beds are very comparable. My only complaint would be the layout of the bathroom in Ocatilla rooms. 3 doors come together in one space making it odd. The lowest you can set the AC is 68°. That’s comfortable, but when it’s 80 at 5am, it would have been nice to go a little cooler to for sleeping. The pool service is friendly, but outrageously experience and not all that good. Overall, it’s an exceptional resort with nice rooms and nice amenities. Pricey for sure, but if you get a “deal” it’s worth staying here.
