The room was good size and has a decent living area to separate from bedroom. However, the fridge was tiny and would not stay cold! We had to fill the bathtub with ice to keep our beverages and food cold. Also the AC won’t go lower than 60 degrees and it definitely was never even that temp it was warm and humid in the room the entire stay. Another thing, we called front desk for more towels and toilet paper it NEVER ARRIVED. On the way in as we rode the golf cart to our room we saw a crack head lady hiding in the bushes taking her shoes off like she was about to set camp… I know the location of this resort isn’t the BEST but wasn’t expecting to have crack heads in the bushes either … the water park was fun but only so much to do.. only has 3 slides a lazy river and wave pool. The only thing that was 5 stars in my opinion was the employees that gave us rides to and from our room and even helped with our luggage. It was so hot and they stay courteous and kind even though we had a lot of stuff. They would pick us up quickly never really had to wait. The valet and golf cart staff were top tier.

Jun 17, 2025 · Ivania GarciaI had such a great stay at this resort with my kids! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and welcoming. They made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The property itself is beautiful — clean, well-maintained, and very organized. I appreciated how easy everything was to navigate, especially when traveling with little ones. They provide complimentary towels, which was super convenient for our pool and water park visits. The pools were a big hit with the kids, and I loved that there were plenty of shaded areas and seating for parents to relax while still keeping an eye on them. The on-site restaurants had great options for both adults and children, and everything we ordered was fresh and tasty.
Jun 15, 2025 · kathy marcialOnly one con: One of our reserved rooms was not ready when we checked in on time - we were not early check-in. No effort was made to compensate for the inconvenience. Maybe front desk was not empowered to do so? The rest of the stay was wonderful. Very attentive staff at The Oasis. We rented / reserved a cabana and could not be happier with the service. The attendants all had great attitudes. When one of the showers in one of our adjoining rooms would not shut off, maintenance came to address the issue right away. When one of the smoke alarm batteries was dying / detector was chirping, maintenance came and fixed it immediately. The rooms smell great and are clean. Bed was comfortable. Decor was tastefully done. Housekeeping was friendly. This should be a 4.5 star hotel. Will strongly consider returning for another stay-cation.
Jun 08, 2025 · John LinStayed at this resort for a recent conference. The property is gorgeous and very large. Very resort feel as you get delivered to your room via golf cart. Bring tip money for the staff. The rooms are suites with a living area and bedroom with a small covered patio off the bedroom. Numerous pools across property and a water park in the center. Expect higher prices for food in the area. Food provided by the facility for our conference was delicious. Rooms have a fridge and a refrigerator. Snack are also in room but come with a charge to your credit card. Conference rooms very comfortable. Beds are firm and very comfortable. Lots of closet and drawer storage.
Jun 13, 2025 · Alana CassityWe had a wonderful two-night stay at this beautiful resort. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere throughout the property was fantastic. Our room was just a short walk from the water park, where our two kids happily spent every moment from open to close! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. While the food and drinks were a bit on the pricey side, they were convenient and tasted great. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone, especially families with kids who love the water!
