Went to stay for the weekend. First off, staff is nice, nothing wrong with them but the room. Shower curtain rod was broken on arrival. Room was missing iron. Drawer on tv stand was broken on arrival. Mini fridge didn’t work at all. For over $100 a night you would expect all this to be in working order and at the very least presentable. Also breakfast was nonexistent. Took my kids with me and all they had was a plastic bin with snacks. Pay the extra per night for a nicer hotel and one that actually serves breakfast. Never staying here again.

Mar 05, 2025 · Abel SaenzTough to review. I think it's under new ownership and things just aren't quite tight yet. There's nothing that would prevent me from staying here, really, but they need to step it up. The security latch on the door looks to have been reinstalled with plastic wall mounts(!) and didn't seem at all certainly not professional. The shower curtain rod had corrosion on it, and the bathtub fixtures needed servicing. Strangely, soap was unwrapped (or left from last guest?) in the shower. Chose not to use that... Furniture had seen better days. Chair had a cover on it that already appeared to be stained. The phone for some reason had half the buttons ripped out. None of these things in isolation were a big deal, but the sum of them felt a little unwelcoming. The listing on Expedia mentioned breakfast. In the lobby, the sign for breakfast had a taped message "LIMITED" before the word breakfast. I'm not sure if they ever served one because we never saw it. We didn't come down super early, but well before normal breakfast hours ended. The staff was friendly, but clearly many or most were training. As for location, reasonably close to many baseball complexes and had easy highway access. There was a great little league park behind it that was a joy to see kids playing. On the other hand, the Christie's in the front was undesirable. YMMV.
Mar 16, 2025 · Chris SchwabIf I could rate this “suite” a one star I would. Paid $200 for a DIRTY room. Upon entering my room, I was immediately struck by the stained sheets and a pervasive, unpleasant odor. It was evident that the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained. Avoid staying here even if it’s your last resort like it was for me. The light on the shower was out. There was glitter all over the room. There was a vape, keys, and the vacuum in the room we stayed in. The sheets were stained and dirty. There was even a smell in the room. I spoke the gentleman in the office and he had an attitude and said he could have switched out rooms.
Mar 08, 2025 · Stephanie GallegosRooms are spacious but that’s about all it’s got goin for this place. Bed was just ok, but very wobbly and creaky. Shower had hair on the wall so I had doubts that they even cleaned it. TV was way too dim and we tried every way imaginable to change the settings, but no luck. Went for breakfast, and there was nothing there. Not sure if we were supposed to ask, but that’s usually not the case. Upon checkout, we call for late check out ($30 extra) and then homie wouldn’t stop knocking on our door about going to the desk to get the late check out. Like relax bro. Cherry on top? Still waiting on our deposit and we called and the answer given was if it’s not back within 2-3 business days, it will be eventually. 10/10 would NOT stay again.
Feb 20, 2025 · Daniela HernandezJust spoke with Paul, front desk manager. Very rude person. He was unwilling to book group rooms because he didn’t want to overbook..! We travel to Tempe every year for an event and know it’s very busy during April, that’s why I’m trying to book in advance. Hope Ron contacts me about Paul’s unprofessionalism. #RUDE
