great hotel friendly helpful staff. my only complaints would the cofee maker in my room didnt work they povided cofee pods for their machine i lesrned to get all my cofee fixings during the day they dont keep everything out in the open during the night hours. im disabled the roll in shower needs a gaket at the botttomn and a longer shower curtain there were times i let a couple cups worth of water on the floor which made it very slippery id also recomed a quck drying non slip bathroom mat if i stay here again ill bring one for my saftey

First off, upon arrival and even after a phone conversation, the front desk employee working the morning shift was incredibly rude. She completely ignored me for five minutes and made it seem like I was a bother. If you hate your job that much, do everyone a favor and quit. As for the room, it was absolutely disgusting. There was blood on the toilet when I arrived, and I noticed dusty handprints on top of the bed headboard. Honestly, it was clear someone had been using that bed for things they shouldn’t have. Now I’m questioning whether the covers have been cleaned at all, as they had visible stains on them. It’s obvious that the employees are only here for a paycheck and have no interest in providing decent service or contributing positively to the business. Do yourself a favor and save your money — do not stay here. The place is filthy, and the staff are downright rude.

There were stains on the bedding, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been touched in days. When I brought it up to the front desk, they were unhelpful and made no effort to address the issue.
