I’ve never smelled more horrendous smells from a hotel room. Our first room smelled of strong mold/mildew so obviously we asked for a different room. The second room smelled like cigarettes so bad. Our friends staying in a different room paid more money for a nicer room and it also smelled like cigarettes. We went to the store and bought room spray and it didn’t work. They also had holes in the carpet. Most of the towels are stained yellow and our sheets had weird stains. The grossest part was the carpet smelled like musty feet, I’m not even being dramatic. With the continental breakfast you get watery eggs by the way. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and grossed out in a hotel. Now I need to go home and wash everything I brought with me.

Jul 27, 2025 · Sierra SandersIt started out pleasant, until we found 2 cockroaches in our room, so we were upgraded to a nicer room with a patio directly to the pool that was complimentary also right by the front desk. it wasn't stated it was only one night so I assumed the room was complimentary until we checked out. Things were ok but eventually they got in my face about payment. At one point I got locked out of my room, so I paid what was due. And continued to pay. The day before we got forced to leave there was an unwanted number of people that stormed into causing problems and stealing from me. Even though I didn't invite these people the next day I got kicked out and the police were called. They never clean their pool or the surfaces in the room. I don't recommend staying here.
Jul 26, 2025 · Nae (NaeNae)Nice place to stay and I would recommend, but a couple caveats. The gym is a joke. Barely any equipment and half of it is broken and possibly unsafe to use. The elliptical make an awful squeaking noise and are probably 20-25 years old. They have dumbbells in the following weights - 20, 35, 40, 45. That’s it. The TVs are 32 inch LCD (not even LED). I bought the exact same TV (in 42 inch) back in 2010. At least get something a bit larger if you’re going to be cheap with the TVs. I was disappointed that the lounge was closed as well. The pool was nice though and the bed were fairly comfy.
Jul 12, 2025 · Ian StrangeThe hotel is dated, especially the pool and arcade. The arcade had one working machine and the poop had a broken ladder which was not taken out of service. These are important if you go with children and expect safe and up to date amenities. I asked for a cot/ fold away and was told not available at all. The rooms were clean as was the entire property. We did not have any hot water on Sunday in the tub but it was hot in the sink. Would be hard to take a bath in the sink though. Overall, the staff is friendly but would not recommend this hotel for families.
May 18, 2025 · Katherine ChobyWe have stayed on multiple occasions. It seems to gradually get worse. Checked in and given a room. Entered room to find the room had NOT been cleaned. Garbage can in middle of the floor when we entered, dirty towels on floor in bathroom and bedsheets in a pile. Returned to the front desk and attendant gets upset with me because I reported being given a dirty room. She apparently felt I didn't need to describe the state of the room and just said it was dirty. I guess it's the travelers responsibility to just be happy with what they get. Customer service and management seems to be the issues this location is struggling with.
