Close to interstate 40, returning from Pigeon Forge you must do a U-turn to access the parking lot. Pool area needs some TLC, a little paint would definitely help. The water was cloudy and the pool needed vacuumed. Outside doors have key access for guest but they are broke so it’s not secure. The rooms were clean but they only offered trash and towel service upon request before 9 am. I had to ask for a clean shower curtain it was stiff and had pink algae on it. We were told to leave towels outside and they would replace them, they took them but didn’t give us new ones, we had to get our own. All in all it was comfortable stay for about $100 per night.

Jun 22, 2025 · Christi SipesMy review is solely based upon the verification process regarding a booking. After booking our two-night stay, I attempted 12 (not an exaggeration) times to reach a hotel staff member to confirm the booking. I allowed the phone to ring each time until it gave a message stating the call could not be completed and to try again later. Each time there was not ever an answer! The calls were back to back from 8:45pm until 10:02pm.
May 24, 2025 · Heather & Jermont NewsomDay 1- So usually the best part of waking up in a hotel that serves breakfast is being make a waffle. Well, when I went to make one there was no batter left. All was left was dry eggs and burnt bacon. Now I have been in some 1 and 2 star hotels and breakfast was at least on point. There has always been an attendant making sure things were restocked until breakfast closing time. Disappointed to say the very lease. With Buc-cee’s being across the street may be the only saving grace. I will update this review tomorrow if there was any improvement.
May 24, 2025 · JermontI have stayed at many hotels and have went with a higher end hotel brand for a $180 price normally when I travel. I decided to give the Best Western in Kodak a chance for $70 and to my surprise, this hotel was so clean, no smell or odors, and rooms where nice with comfortable beds. They also had a great movie channel selection that you normally don't get. I highly recommend this hotel and save money if you in the area.
Mar 27, 2025 · Joe WilliamsonRoom was big and clean. Weird smell from the hvac but overall good experience with regards to sleeping. Reason for low stars is the breakfast was very bad. I stay at best western because they use real eggs. This place has the blandest powdered eggs imaginable. I couldn’t eat them. There was no cream cheese or bagels. Even 1 star motes have cream cheese. The bag of grits I opened had a dead bug in it. I tried to get coffee twice but both times it was empty. “Breakfast” was a joke. Housekeeping knocked on door at 8am to turnover. I thought they would do that after we check out which is 11am. Bathtub was extremely slippery and my father slipped and fell.
