The room was very accommodating. We traveled with our dog, but when the reservation was made it did not say anything about a charge for the dog, When I checked in, the desk clerk said there was a $25 charge for our dog. I paid it, of course, because by this time it was too late to cancel. They need to document this on their reservation page so guests who are traveling with their pet know this ahead of time. The room itself was pretty good, bed comfortable. The odor of someone smoking Marijuana was quite strong at times.

May 23, 2025 · Carrie JacksonDo not be fooled by the low price- This hotel was fantastic. I know a lot of hotels will claim to be under renovation as an excuse for the room is being crappy, but this place has absolutely transformed. Brand new beds, brand new furnishings, modern design touches, updated showerheads, super clean and very comfortable! They seem to be still working on rooms and common areas, but that didn’t disturb our trip at all. We arrive late at night and the front desk attendant was friendly. I felt very safe. Breakfast was typical continental fare and I was happy with it. Located conveniently right off of the highway and directly next to the Buc-ees, this is the perfect place to stay to kick off your Pigeon Forge vacation. We will definitely be returning!
Jun 19, 2025 · B SterlingOur check in day was fine, it was late when we arrived and the night front desk staff was polite. Well, the next morning I was making breakfast. I was spraying the waffle iron with the nonstick spray they provide, just to prevent the waffle from sticking to the waffle iron. Then the guy sitting at the front desk, a heavy set man who looked middle aged or older, yelled at me from his desk “That’s not butter you’re spraying, you’re releasing chemicals!” In the most hateful tone he could have managed. It was honestly a really poor breakfast and I regret staying here. I will not book here again due to my negative experience. Oh and that’s not all. Their pool was closed, and the hotel was under construction the whole time we stayed. Also, their housekeeping stole one of my personal pillows from me. There was a huge dumpster outside that smelled really bad when you walked past it.
May 24, 2025 · Gina ShultzI stayed there in March 2025 for about 5 days. I loved it there but today I called reservations and reserved a room. & got a good rate. I was greeted by a very rude desk clerk. There was a sign that said 100.00 security deposit that wasn’t there before. I had to leave because I didn’t have 100.00 $ for a deposit. The desk clerk stated “ didn’t we have a problem with you before”? I am homeless and I had just enough money for the room. No they didn’t have a problem with me. I will never stay at another Days Inn again. I am 75 years old and disabled and tonight I am sleeping in my car.
Apr 22, 2025 · Brenda JohnsonHey guys, I work in the hotel business I work in the travel business in Orlando Florida so I know what it’s like to have guest come into your hotel and be upset. Recently, we stayed at this hotel and I just did not like how the front desk person operated. It wasn’t kindness and I didn’t feel welcome. I don’t have high expectations and I’ve done the job but I do expect someone to have a smile and to be friendly, specially, visiting Tennessee is a wonderful state. The rooms I actually thought were really well done everything Felt very safe and clean and you could tell that everything had been just refreshed, but they really need to work on their customer service, specially being at the gateway of the Smoky Mountains.
