Our room didn't have a microwave. Maybe it wasn't supposed to - I don't know. The bed had two large sunken spots and was incredibly uncomfortable. I went to bed 35 years old, I woke up feeling 105 with how sore I was. Other than that, it's a standard hotel. Continental breakfast, pool, fitness center, etc...

This hotel has got to be the worst i’ve stayed in!! I used to stay here as a child and it was wonderful but has completely gone down hill since. we stay in a king suite with a whirlpool and the water was dirty, they replaced water filter (or replace something with the water) and let us know of this issue right away at check-in. we did check -in early and they didn’t charge us the $40 early check-in fee thankfully. But they got mad for us asking questions about the water later on. they said the water would be on in an hour then it wasn’t until 4 hours later. my husband went down to the front desk shortly after being there asking for a time estimate of when the water will be on. they were extremely rude to him for asking a simple question. when the water turned back on it was brown for a long time. staff let us know that the water would be brown for a while after the water turns back on and should be fine in a few hours. the whirl pool was running water through for almost an hour with no change. the whirlpool handle was also broken causing water to leak onto the floor. the sink and shower water looked clear after 10-15 minutes of running the water but wasn’t. after taking a shower you could visibly see dirt on the bottom of the tub. the water issue didn’t resolve, even though staff said it would resolve. probably hasn’t yet i wouldn’t know because i am not there. staff was incredibly insensitive and rude. they were not understanding and were yelling at me (a pregnant women) and my husband because i was trying not to shower in brown dirt water. they threaten to kick us out over the fact that we were upset at the result of the things happening. There was a snow storm and was not safe for us to leave and check-in or pay the money to go else where. it $150 for one night and we couldn’t do anything we planned to do which was use the whirlpool in our room. last night the manger offered a refunded and i wanted one and he never went along with the refund. 0/10 worst trip ever!! see photos for proof. Also after contacting corporate the manager called up to our room and yelled at us for being frustrated with our stay.

Our family enjoys staying at Best Western Hotels. Our recent visit was at Best Western Wittenberg Inn and the front desk woman was so nice and welcoming! Highly recommend!

Beware of Bed Bugs! I stayed at this hotel in room 123 on January 25, 2025, and had a terrible experience. Around 11:30 PM, I saw movement on the bed. When I turned on the lights, I found a bed bug full of blood. After inspecting the bed further, we discovered a baby bed bug, exoskeletons, and feces—clear signs of an infestation. We took pictures and videos as proof. We immediately brought the evidence to the front desk, but the staff dismissed our concerns, saying it was "impossible" despite holding the bugs in their hands. We packed up and checked out by 1:30 AM. On January 27, we spoke with management, who tried to claim the bugs were "Asian Beetles." Then, on February 1, corporate responded, stating they wouldn’t take action because the hotel denied the presence of bugs. This experience was unacceptable. The way management handled the situation was unprofessional, and their refusal to acknowledge clear evidence is alarming. If you care about cleanliness, honesty, and customer service, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

For starters the check-in process was awful. No one was at the front desk. There was a sign that said to call "0" for assistance which we called and no one answered. But after several minutes someone came out front who was directly behind the counter and could hear and see people walking in but was ignoring them. The hotel was not even halfway full, and while I completely understand being short-staffed, there is no excuse why an employee could stop folding towels for one minute to help guests when they arrive. Also, he gave us a hard time about checking in a little early even though the room was empty and clean. And again, I understand corporate policies, to me why wouldn't you want your hotel full of people instead of sitting empty? We were staying there for a special occasion and needed the extra time to get ready. However, I will say that the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the pool/hot tub was nice, but it needs to be cleaned. The breakfast area was large, the food was good and they had a nice selection of food to choose from. The hotel also has a large conference area and bar that they really should be utilizing, because the place was practically empty when we were there. Overall, not a terrible place to stay but they NEED to hire more staff and advertise to get, more people in the doors.
