It's a wonderful, modern, dog-friendly hotel. The staff were fantastic, from Ellen on the front desk to the bar staff. My king room was lovely and clean. The bar-style food in the restaurant was excellent, and my puppy was welcome to stay by my side during meals. We will definitely return to the North Conway Cambria!

Hotel is new and beautiful and rooms were great. However, every time we needed something with the room such as towels, toilet paper or the safe opened so we could use it, we had to request it multiple times. Also, the heated pool only feels heated by the fact that it's indoors and the air around it but the water does not feel heated at all.

** UPDATE 3/25/2025 After management contacted me regarding my stay. They were very attentive and listened to my concerns. I have adjusted my one star rating to a four star rating due to the professionalism and excellence that I received during that phone call. The hotel actually cares about their guests. I recommend if you have any issues which hopefully you don't, that you have them address at the time of your stay as I know they will take care of any issue. We will be returning again. Never again. Check in for a week, was told day 3 we would get full service. We never received anything. Our trash piled up that we had to get rid of ourselves. We had no clean towels and had to keep using our towels over and over until we finally found someone to get us a couple of towels. Mid week, the beds could have absolutely been changed. No one in the halls to find. Beds were hard and hurt both my back and my wife's shoulder. Talked to front desk woman who promised to look into it and credit me AND CALL ME. None of which she did. We lived in filth for a week. Golden Gables next store has treated us much better and even upgraded us to a suite one time one our room was not ready Lies, lies and more lies. Choice Hotel? DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE CHOICE! Still waiting on the call and refund from our stay the 1st-8th of March. We left early it was so disgusting but the "manager" at the front desk could have cared less. Again, thanks for lying straight to my face. So many options in the North Conway area. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. We'll go back to the ones we usually stay at. This was our first and LAST stay. Still waiting on the promised call and credit. Left an entire day early.

This is one of the newer hotels in North Conway. The room is very spacious and nicely decorated. We had a room on the backside of the hotel overlooking the trees. The rooms do not have a microwave oven, that was a disappointment. Probably 99.9% of the hotel rooms I’ve stayed in had a microwave in the room. There is a communal microwave in the lobby. Cleaning service is only once every three days. This time of the year(January )when you’re tracking in sand, water,and mud from the outside, it gets all over the floor unless you take your shoes off when you first get into the room. I think this time of the year the room should be cleaned every day. There is a very temperamental Keurig coffee machine in the room, it seems to work when it wants to. The TV is huge. I wish it had a Guide to tell you what channels were available or I wish the hotel would leave a channel list on the counter below it. Overall nice hotel, but I think they need to do a bit more especially with adding a microwave to every room and having cleaning service, more often. I think ever since Covid hotels are taking advantage of consumers with the whole room service thing.
