My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn in North Conway, New Hampshire. As a mom of two young kids, finding a hotel that’s both family-friendly and relaxing can be a challenge, but this place checked all the boxes. The service was excellent from the moment we checked in—staff were warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The food was surprisingly good for a hotel, and we really appreciated the variety and quality at breakfast each morning. What really stood out to me, though, was how clean and clear the pool water was. My kids had an absolute blast swimming, and it was such a relief to see them enjoying themselves in such a well-maintained space. My husband and I were able to truly relax, and we’ll definitely be coming back.

This is our second time visiting this location. Last year when we went we stayed for an entire week with our 2 kids.we absolutely loved everything about our room ( king suite) The only downfall at that time was the water slides were down. Not a big deal. Fast forward to last weekend (4-11/4-13) our room a single king room. Our last night there the light blew on the desk. The entire time we were there we had issues connecting to the TV stations. Thankfully we brought a streaming device. There was major staining behind the toilet and the room definitely wasn't as clean as the first time ( first room ) our family used. It was mainly a bunch of little things with the room that I found not up to my expectations from our last visit. Unfortunately it was very noisy thankfully only during the day, along with the smell of chemicals. We did know they were remodeling so we had expected it! Unfortunately the hot tub seemed to be very low on water the entire weekend we were there. We really enjoy the staff we haven't met a single one who wasn't incredible and went above and beyond to make our stay feel comfortable. We absolutely love the breakfast they always have lots of different options for food and drinks. We absolutely will be back once the renovations are completed. Can't wait to see what changes they make!

Rooms are spacious, and clean, but the beds hurt so bad I feel like someone put bricks on my back, this is one of the most limited breakfast I've ever seen. My son enjoyed the water park but it's not what was on the photos as described, also everyone adults and kids alike were getting cut by the bottom of the 1 foot pool, also the walls are thin. So people could be heard throughout the place, at one point i thought the people above were going to come through the ceiling idk if I would stay at this location again

We just got back from staying one night at the Hampton Inn in North Conway, NH. Our room was pretty standard but good. We loved the hot tub and waterslides. Our only thing we were disappointed in was that after coming down the slide and landing in the pool, you have to get out immediately, for obvious safety reasons. There is nowhere to just hang out in the water. There is a very shallow kiddie pool and then the waterslide pool. The included breakfast was very good with a make your own waffle station, little omelets, sausage and lots of cold items. We had a very nice time. Staff was friendly. I did not think it was outdated as some reviews have said.

This is an older hotel in need of repairs. Expect a very busy water park at night. Life guards are extremely dedicated. We booked a room for 5 and had to ask for extra blankets and towels, TP and tissues. They also did not provide a pull out bed which they might have had we asked. The staff was nice, it was overall clean. For what we paid per night this met our needs and was fine.
