This was our second stay. Our first stay went smoothly, however, I cannot say the same for our second stay. We booked two nights, and the first night was horrific. The first night, we literally got no sleep due to the guests staying above us. I actually debated sleeping in the car. The floors are paper thin, and you could hear every single step anyone took from above. It was extremely frustrating. We did get our room moved for night two, to the 2nd floor, which was much appreciated. The room was decent, but the bathroom (specifically the back of the toilet) was disgusting. Housekeeping did clean the mess promptly, after we called the front desk. Moreover, every time the air conditioning unit came on, the windows would shake, making an annoying rattling noise. We were able to stop the noise by placing towels up against the windowsills. Furthermore, the time the water park and inflatable park closed was disappointing (5pm), but understand the park hours shorten at the end of the season. Overall, the hotel is convenient, and the staff is accommodating, just don’t expect the Four Seasons.

The core services and features of Cape Cod Family Resort revolve around its impressive recreational offerings. The highlight is undoubtedly the inclusion of access to the on-site Cape Cod Inflatable Park and Wicked Waves Waterpark. Beyond the water-based fun, the resort provides several other amenities to enhance guest comfort and convenience. Rooms are generally equipped with pillow-top beds, air conditioning, flat-screen TVs (often 32-inch with cable channels), refrigerators, and free high-speed wireless internet access. Some rooms may also include microwaves and coffee makers, although this can vary, and a shared microwave is available in a common area. Ironing boards and hair dryers are standard. Kennedy Hyannis Museum, the Cape Cod Mall, and Hyannis Harbor, where guests can find ferry services to the islands of Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, as well as whale watching tours.
In terms of promotional information, the primary value proposition of Cape Cod Family Resort lies in its integrated park access. The inclusion of multiple park passes with each night's stay is a significant draw. While specific "promotional codes" may not be broadly advertised, booking directly through the resort's website often yields additional park passes on the day of check-out, which is a notable perk compared to third-party bookings. It's always advisable to visit the official resort website or contact them directly (phone: (508) 771-6060 or mobile: +1 508-771-6060) to inquire about current packages, seasonal offers, and the most up-to-date information on park hours, which can shorten towards the end of the season. Guests should also note that while pets are generally welcome, it is always best to confirm directly if traveling with a pet.
Customer reviews for Cape Cod Family Resort, while generally positive about the entertainment value, offer some candid insights. The water park and inflatable park are consistently praised as "AWESOME" and a major highlight for kids of all ages. The convenience of the location and the friendly staff are also frequently mentioned as strong points. However, some common criticisms include noise issues due to thin floors, particularly from guests in rooms above, and the air conditioning units making rattling or banging noises. There have also been isolated reports of minor cleanliness issues in specific areas, though staff response to address these has been noted as prompt. Guests often advise bringing socks for the inflatable park and towels for the water park, as these may not be provided in abundance. Overall, guests understand that while it offers immense fun and convenience, it is a family resort designed for active enjoyment rather than a luxury retreat, and many express a desire to return for future stays.

Aug 31, 2024 · benjamin heikinThis place is AWESOME! lots to do for kids of all ages between the water park and inflatable park. Wave pool, lazy river, slides, toddler areas and a surf machine! This place has it all. Stands to get frozen drinks , ice cream and food on site. It's super conveniently located on main St that has lots of reasturants, stores and mini golf nearby. The hotel is in the same parking lot as the parks a minute walk from the room to the parks. Staff was friendly , everything was very clean. The only thing is the rooms are quite dated and the air conditioning made a banging/ rattling sound when it kicked on! Super noisy ac! They should also let guests know to bring socks for the inflatable park and towels for the water park! We will be back!
Jun 16, 2024 · K PMy experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. I booked a stay for Friday and Saturday on Expedia to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. I was shocked to be informed by the hotel that, despite paying the same amount, I could only use the water park on Saturday. If I had booked directly through the hotel’s website, I could have enjoyed both days. I feel like I am being punished for choosing a different platform to make my reservation. This is unacceptable, especially considering that I paid the same amount. Clearly, the hotel is more interested in profiting from direct bookings than in providing a good experience for all its guests, regardless of where they made their reservation. I hope they rethink this unfair policy and improve the transparency and treatment offered to guests.
Jul 17, 2024 · Luiz SilvaThe room is okay, but there is hair in the bed and shower (and yes, we did contact house keepping), and the toilet seat has a blue stain, but overall, the park is real fun
Aug 16, 2024 · Mason GoodermoteStayed this past weekend with my family. Weather was perfect, not to crowded, everyone had a great time. The boys loved the Inflatable park and the wave pool. My wife's favorite part was security. She lost her phone and Jeff took it upon himself to get my info and was in constant contact until the phone was recovered on sunday afternoon. He then send the phone back to us overnight so she had it Tuesday. Great place good times amazing staff! Hope to spend many more summer vacations there.
