Wow does this place need an update! I know I only paid $80 for the room, but there were lots of holes in the walls, rusty/musty bathroom. Hairs in the sink. No microwave in the room. No toiletries in the room. Strong cheap air freshener smell to the room. Carpet was pretty filthy. Beds were oddly 2 different heights...not a big deal just weird. Old school keys for access. All that said... it's in a prime location. Lady at the front desk was nice. After 10p it was very quiet. The water for showers was nice & hot. Large mini fridge. Room was big & roomy.

Sep 14, 2022 · Jessica KIt was cheap for 2 nights. We found out why. The room was dark, dingy, in tremendous need of a refresh. The fitted sheet was too small on my bed. We had to ask for towels. Never got face cloths. Ragged carpet. One of the beds was broken on the left side. My friend got that bed. She could only sleep on the right side. The outside pool was okay. The inside pool; poor air circulation, very humid. Needs paint, new blinds.... The people at the desk are nice and try to accommodate. The free morning coffee was not bad. You get what you pay for.
Aug 09, 2021 · Massachusetts01First I have got to say … they don’t rent to locals because they don’t want to be a drug motel. It’s just easier that way. I’ve been staying at the Yarmouth Resort for the past 4 or 5 years. I’m from Cape Cod but I don’t live on Cape Cod. When I’m in town I have lots of visitors. These people mind their own business and let me visit with my friends and family no questions asked. Although I don’t like the smell of their cleaner I feel it’s a great trade off for the privacy I’m given. Yes the lady at the front does interrupt and make it difficult to speak. But she is doing her best and is actually a very sweet lady if you get past that. They all are lovely. I’ve never had a problem they cannot resolve. They are not taking care of one room, they’re taking care of all the rooms. Be patient. And I will continue to return every year.
Aug 07, 2022 · Tracie PikePros: Nice front desk lady. Affordable price for a family (two double beds) Cons: Floor in the room was somehow wet. Room was unbearably dim. I couldn’t but open the bathroom door to see things. Gym is only nominal. It is stinky. Swimming pool is okay. Breakfast was not included. Bottom line: if you don’t mind some smell and old amenities, it is a good place to stay a few nights. But over a week? No. I heard that there are nicer rooms with a chandelier and a kitchen, but I chooses this resort only because it was the cheapest, and I regretted as soon as I saw the room. Choose wisely.
Jul 30, 2021 · Jongbok YiMy wife and I were here for a week, and overall, enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean, and beds comfortable. The TV was adequate. WiFi, no problem. Everyone at the the front desk was extremely friendly, and always helpful. The outdoor pool area was nice to relax in, but the pool itself looked like it needed cleaning. The indoor pool didn’t look inviting, but we’re not pool people. The hotel is in a good location, easy drive to most places. Several good restaurants within walking distance. Although pretty clean throughout, it does look like updating is needed. Would recommend, but ask for a downstairs room. No elevator, and the stairs are pretty steep. Would return here, most definitely.
