This place had seen better days. During our stay we reached out to the management as all the back porch lights were not working . The hot tub was open as well as the cover was left on the side of the porch as if it was ready to go . We are thankful the maintenance addressed it on our last night - we were getting used to the dark by then. This place has potential but it’s a shame that the owners rent it without updating. We used paper plates mostly as the plates and utensils can’t be washed efficiently by the dishwasher. The dishwasher had other ideas on cleaning. The plates are chipped and may be best to be replaced. The toaster can toast half of what bread you put in and the fridge only can store in the main containment as they have taken out the door shelves. The mixer provided was broken and fortunately we had a whisk and our own knife . By the way they provided knives -all dull and did not have a chopping board. I guess if they are dull why need a board. Considering it accommodates 18 people - there is nowhere for 18 people to sit to eat. School aged kids were having a hard time fitting into the dining table. There were bar stools that were unsafe in the bunk bed room and downstairs. The blinds need replacement as they haven’t been cleaned and has the tackiest cords. The patio table with no chairs wasn’t cleaned either. The TV would not work in the bunk bed room and the living room TV would freeze. They did have a lot of remotes for what - I don't know. The fireplace did not work. The couch needs to find a new home as it’s really worn out. The kitchen appliances and washer/dryer have reached the point of replacement - they do not function the way they should. The amount we paid was a lot to just sleep and clean and make do. It was great every room had its own bathroom but that is a given if you stayed in a hotel. Invest in your place and do upkeep. FYI : Twin beds require two pillows , queensize and king size beds require 4 pillows.

It's a property with a layout that could perfectly serve those looking to create cherished memories in a grand mountain setting.

Spirit Loop Drive suggests a quieter, more residential-style setting compared to the bustling Parkway of downtown Gatlinburg.

Gatlinburg is a premier tourist destination in East Tennessee, easily accessible via US-441 (the Parkway) from Pigeon Forge and Interstate 40. The Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, the Gatlinburg Space Needle, Anakeesta, and the myriad of shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues along the Parkway are all relatively close. Pigeon Forge attractions, including Dollywood, are also a short drive away, offering even more options for entertainment and dining. Conclusion: Why This Place is Suitable for Locals (with Caveats)

For us Tennesseans, Celebration Lodge in Gatlinburg, by its very design, offers the potential for an ideal gathering spot for large families or groups looking to experience the Smoky Mountains together. The sheer size of the cabin, with its multiple bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, is a significant advantage, providing the privacy and space often desired for group travel. The presence of a game room and hot tub also speaks to the kind of amenities that can make a group stay truly fun and relaxing, offering entertainment options without even leaving the cabin.

Its location, nestled in a cabin community, offers a quieter, more private setting compared to staying directly on the bustling Gatlinburg Parkway, while still being just a short drive from all the attractions and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. For locals planning a family reunion, a large friends' trip, or a special group celebration, the concept of Celebration Lodge is certainly appealing – a private space where everyone can be under one roof.

However, it's crucial for locals to be aware of the current condition of the property, as highlighted by recent guest reviews. These indicate that the lodge has significant maintenance and cleanliness issues, with many amenities (kitchen appliances, furniture, TVs, hot tub frame, lighting) reported as broken, dirty, or worn out. While the core "bones" of the lodge – its size and layout – are suitable for large groups, prospective renters should engage directly with the property management, ideally with recent photos or assurances, to confirm that these issues have been addressed and the property has undergone the necessary upkeep and renovations. If and when these improvements are made, Celebration Lodge could indeed be a wonderful and suitable option for Tennesseans seeking a spacious and amenity-rich cabin experience in Gatlinburg. Without verified updates, potential renters should proceed with caution and clarify the current state of all advertised amenities.

This would be a great cabin if it were maintained and cleaned properly. Unfortunately most of the furniture and amenities have seen better days. The furniture is stained and incredibly uncomfortable- with one of the couches, we might as well have been sitting on the floor. The sofa beds were non-functioning. The plates and kitchen wares were dirty, the dishwasher had what appeared to be vomit in it, shower curtains were moldy and tub drains were so stopped up that the water in the tub was past our ankles when taking a shower. The frame of the hot tub was broken and it appeared unstable. The air hockey table was broken. I'm not even sure what we were paying for besides a bed to sleep in. The worst part was that I had read some of the more recent reviews that mentioned similar issues to the ones we experienced and had attempted to contact the Property Management Company TWICE to be sure the issues we being addressed before our arrival and the only response I was given was that the property was cleaned and maintained by "a reputable company"- but clearly the condition of the cabin is the least of their priorities. We reached out to the Maintenance Staff to get some of the issues resolved during our stay but their effort was minimal and we were told several times that "the owner is aware" of the issues. Clearly the owner doesn't care and neither does the Property Management company. Do not waste your time and money on this cabin. Look elsewhere!

Celebration lodge in Gatlinburg-Well let me start by saying we came down to Gatlinburg 3 months ago and stayed in our first cabin we rented on VRBO.com so maybe I’m spoiled now. This place could have so much potential but it’s a shame they provided nothing we needed, that we expected to be here. Be advised bring your own pots because a stocked kitchen means nothing! In a house that is suppose to sleep 18 you don’t even get 18 towels so bring your own towels. The pots were so small we ended up having to buy pots just to make pasta. We had to buy a whisk because they do not have one and the mixer provided was broken. The fridge is missing shelves so just with food for our 9 people we ended up using coolers as well. The pool table is not level and is cracked in the corners. No dust pan for the broom. Light bulbs missing or lights that didn’t turn on because bulbs are dead. 6 total chairs on decks well when a house is for 18 why not more I ask? And a kitchen table that does not even fit our group of 9. No bar stools as shown in the pics in the kitchen. No room to move by the games so hard to even play. The shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom is ripped to shreds. Tv remotes have dead batteries. Many of the Hot tub jets don’t work! We paid a lot of money to stay here for a group of 9 and honestly will never stay here again. There is so much garbage when you look off the balconies/decks. The wires hanging from all TVs was so tacky! No where to put garbage other then a 2 bins in the bear bin, had to take our garbage to A dumpster. Hot tub continued to run stating its 112 degrees which is 8 degrees above the safe limit, to hot to get in! Also the door handles and doors to the exterior are terrible! Handles feel like they are falling off and doors would randomly open because they do not close right. On a brighter note the bunk house was cool the kids liked their room. The cabin itself is beautiful and cozy just not well maintained. It would take minimal effort to fix everything. Fixable stuff we’d give it a 2.5 to 3 out of 5 stars.

A wonderful place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our children and grandchildren. However, there were no working dvd players in the house. We reported it and a maintenance man came out to check it out and took all dvd players with him, promising we would have a dvd player the next day ( Wednesday). I waited until Thursday to call again and was told someone would bring a dvd player to us. We NEVER received one. We had brought DVDs from home and were so excited to watch them in the home theater downstairs. But, the TV downstairs didn't work either because he took the HTMI cable off that one to put on the TV in the living room. The house is very nice, but really needs some updates. The main floor bathroom has no cabinets or anywhere to keep toiletries. We used 2 boxes as tables. Overall, the stay was good, but probably won't be using Jackson Mountain Homes again.

We rented 2 cabins side by side with 1 being Celebration. Looks like the pics shown. Furniture needs cleaning. Kitchen smaller than what we desired but still very functional. 30 min away from Super Walmart and the main strip. Less than 5 miles away from Food Lion, Subway and McDonalds. Staff was quick to respond to need of extra towels and sheets. Cleaning guy was very nice and thorough. Pool table needs to be replaced. Air Hockey table was great. Kids loved the game room. DO NOT PUT TRASH OUTSIDE IN TRASH BOX IF THERE IS NO LOCK. We had a bear encounter and he really liked our tacos that he pulled from the trash. We would return.
