Worst hotel stay I've ever had. Came in last Friday afternoon for a concert and checked out on Monday morning. We got put in an ADA accessible room on the 3rd floor, which was nice to have extra space. That's the one good thing that happened here. I'll spare you *most of* the details and just list the problems we encountered: - the room was humid and sticky and dirty - no fan in the bathroom - were only provided 4 small, flat pillows for a king bed - carpet, furniture, and fixtures/decor all dated, beat up, and gross. our lamp shade had multiple marks and was getting rusty at the base - constant noise from other guests and from the parking lot (right outside our window); paper thin walls - no room service until day 3 unless requested, but the request form is oddly worded and unclear - we spilled on the blanket (not even a comforter) night 1, and when we requested new bedding, we got a MATTRESS PROTECTOR to use as a blanket. literally plastic on one side and had a zipper on 3 sides - on that note, we stripped the bed and found our mattress had a large blood stain and multiple cigarette burns on it - our room key had to be reset every day. didn't work when we got up to the room constantly so we had to go downstairs to get it reset over and over - I have random bites on my arms that are itchy and red, and still an issue I'm dealing with a week later. i'm assuming they are bed bug bites based on the state of the mattress/the room in general - homeless people hanging out in the lobby and outside asking for money - bad area in general, was constantly hearing sirens and car alarms going off. definitely not safe to walk around and explore - the restaurant across the street is very good, but while we were waiting to be sat, someone was caught and arrested right in front of us/in front of the hotel. the staff said it's not abnormal to see that happen in that area The only good thing I can say is that the staff brought us towels and bedding quickly when requested. Overall, would highly NOT recommend this hotel. Spend a little more to get a better hotel in a better location - you won't regret it. There are tons of great places to explore around this area, just go east a little bit more.

May 23, 2025 · Kelsey McKennaRooms were more spacious than expected. We did not have any bad interactions with staff. We had a total of eleven people, so we were pretty impressed with the service. *Big thanks to Ms. Melissa! I will say, it was obvious that they need help. More hands on deck will help run smoother. But the people that are there are definitely a quality crew. Thanks for everything!
Apr 02, 2025 · Cybil JohnsonOverall my stay was a 10/10. Me and my son visited for Mother’s Day weekend and enjoyed our stay. Customer service was great. We came in contact with Nika, Ms.Melissa and another staff who loved my hair (she had jewelry in her hair but I can’t remember her name,( front desk) they were all amazing! The breakfast was an added bonus my son loved the waffles and bacon. The only negative I have was that the bed was uncomfortable for me and the disturbing guest above us. Besides that, this was a great stay. Will book again. All of the activities we planned were near by which was a plus. See you next time Atlanta. -Miami Visitors
May 11, 2025 · Tashy KnightEvidently the parking lot is not secured or monitored bc several cars, including mine, were broken into last night. Great location from Mercedes Benz but will never stay again. When we told the front desk they were very rude! Very blessed no one was hurt but still not a great end to a wonderful Mother’s Day celebration.
May 12, 2025 · Laura BransonThe room below us had a dog that wouldn’t stop barking from the time we checked in around around 3, to 12:30 am. The walls are absolutely paper thin. I know you can’t expect complete silence and I’m a HEAVY sleeper but the banging and stomping and barking and tvs from other rooms are easily able to be heard. You get what you pay for. If I had to stay more than 1 night I’d find somewhere else to stay. Nice rooms. Clean and spacious. Nice staff. But it’s extremely noisy and has thin walls.
