This was a weekend getaway. They had our room ready in advance with remote check-in that was a plus. However, there was a lag in opening the door each time. The parking was horrible because of construction, but I guess that is big city living for you. That is why I gave 3 stars for the location. The lobby was beautiful and made up for the parking. The staff were friendly but we had to go down to the desk to get our reception package. The room was gorgeous with the most beautiful view of Centennial Park. The breakfast the next morning was okay. It was buffet and cook to order, but seating was limited. They did open an overflow room. They have Ruth's Chris Steakhouse restaurant inside the hotel, which is a very nice upscale restaurant. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

May 18, 2025 · Jan GrierUnfortunate situation led to a horrible stay. About 10:45pm an alarm went off in the room. Stating there's a THREAT in the hotel and you need to evacuate. The most scariest situation to be in especially in a new city. The stairwells was pure chaos. When you finally make it outside there's zero direction. No staff no security nothing. Just scared and frantic hotel guests. Anxiety on an all time high. Fearful of am unknown THREAT!!! Finally I went inside and found staff just at the desk. Like nothing is going on. I asked what's going on the gentleman stated they think the steam from the dishwashers sent off an alarm(Seriously come up with a better excuse). While at the desk I asked for a bottle of water and the staff said of yea the store is still open! They wouldn't even give water to frantic guests. Which even as an Honor member they have no water. My child was in sensory overload, crying uncontrollably. Went back to our room now about midnight. Couldn't go to sleep because now my child is scared to go to sleep. Finally around 3am she went down. But with now sleeping late we missed breakfast, missed our group times. Which was our reason for being in Atlanta to begin with. I says it's unfortunate because Valet staff all weekend was amazing as well as the housekeeping staff. Just unfortunate they don't have a better way to handle emergencies. Especially a THREAT situation. You can't stay somewhere that now you know doesn't make you feel safe. Embassy Suites definitely dropped the ball on not having emergency protocols in place for guest. It's was like fend for yourself.
Apr 24, 2025 · erin hart10/10 would recommend. We love embassy suites. This one appears a little older than some but perfectly clean. Great guest reception with snacks and drinks. We checked in a little late so they brought our pack n play to the room while we were out to a late dinner. Valet is kinda pricy but that's expected for the area. My only suggestion is more EV hookups would be helpful. Easy dinner with Ruth's Chris in this hotel. Staff regularly asked if we needed anything when we were walking through.
Apr 14, 2025 · Lauren ParksThe main plus for this hotel was its perfect location very close to Olympic Park, Georgia Aquarium and the Coke Museum. Some good restaurants in easy walking distance also. Disappointingly aging rooms and an UNHEATED outdoor pool (this was early May and, though there were several families by the pool, only I was dumb enough to go in (briefly) . I will say housekeeping did a good job. Pluses also for a very nice free daily breakfast and free two drink happy hour each night. If this hotel could get a proper facelift and heat the damn pool I could easily give this five stars.
May 12, 2025 · Paul Naskkyperfect place for the aquarium and coca cola museum. good food options within walking distance. the hotel offers great complimentary drinks and the breakfast has descent options. my boyfriend and I really enjoyed the gym and the magician Peter Morrison. those were our favorite things about the stay lol
