May 11, 2025 · Nia SimpsonPreviously, I stayed at this hotel, but it was a major disappointment compared to the last time. I arrived early was informed by the staff that I had to pay $35.00, which is a waste of money. The front desk is not friendly; they don’t greet you after being checked in. They are on the cell phone or talking to one another. The pillows are too small and uncomfortable. The blinds have tiny holes and the mattress is not comfortable. The breakfast was not as good as it was during my previous stay. The food was inedible and tasteless. Also, the food was cold. The potatoes you were serving were unappealing, and most guest didn’t bother to eat them. The housekeeping was very kind and polite. The location is conveniently located, with easy access to Lenox Mall and Georgia Aquarium and etc. The cost of parking is $60.00, which is quiet steep. The room is not well - lit and requires brighter bulbs. It would be great if you would renovate your property.
May 09, 2025 · Nanette HeywardThe staff was great, the rooms were clean, building felt safe. We were able to receive the breakfast free because we booked before they started charging for breakfast- however in my opinion it’s not worth the price but for the convenience it is not too bad. It’s a basic continental breakfast (it had bacon, eggs, potatoes, waffles, bagels, etc). The shower had zero water pressure - absolutely awful! Had we not been already settled and exhausted I probably would’ve ask for another room although I don’t know if that would’ve made a difference. The elevators are slow and crowded. It’s difficult for food delivery people to drop off food. And lastly the parking is so expensive. There is parking right next door for $20 (the lot looks sketchy and is uncovered tho) I wish I would’ve just used it tho because we didn’t use the “in and out” portion of the valet - we parked and the used uber or walked. Also the location is great.
May 23, 2025 · Mindy RA bit tricky to get to the parking, whether you are using valet or parking yourself in one of the nearby lots. We used valet, the man working it was pleasant and helpful. Lobby was nice and secure, with keycard access needed to access the building and use the elevator. Security guard present, and lobby staff was very nice. We stayed here as part of the aquarium package, they had our tickets ready and waiting. Easy 5 minute walk to the aquarium, plenty of dining on the same block. There was construction on the building next to us but in two nights here I did not hear any of it
Apr 17, 2025 · Julie AtteberryI had a good stay at this location. The room appeared clean and staff were friendly. The location is probably good for those looking to visit specific areas in Atlanta, but because I was in the city for work and didn’t have much time to explore I can’t comment too much on it. The Aquarium is right across the street (easy walk) though, so definitely a plus. There were a few good places to grab food nearby. The breakfast each morning was plentiful, with plenty of options for most everyone. My only recommendation would be to have some dairy free spreads (butter, cream cheese) & creamers, as a dairy free individual I didn’t have an alternative readily available. The only hesitation I would have is the $75/night for incidentals, as it seems a little steep in comparison to places I’ve stayed before.
