Stayed here for a work trip, the location and hotel is quite nice. However our room experienced a few lacking things. - The sink and shower head had basically the weakest stream ever. - The fridge was constantly freezing all our food. All of my vegetables and salads froze and I had to throw out. - There was no safe, but there was a place where a safe was? -Front end staff didnt feel as professional as I would expect them to be and some were even rude. Room cleaners were very friendly and nice though! Otherwise hotel is fine, would stay again.

May 24, 2025 · Devon MyersI absolutely love Springhill Suites (Downtown Atlanta)! The hotel is wonderful! The rooms are spacious and very clean with excellent views of the city. However, the best thing about this hotel is the wonderful staff! Miss Ruby White deserves a special shout out for being so helpful and welcoming! She truly made my day with her positivity. Sophia in the bar is a superstar too!
May 11, 2025 · Jennifer JonesFrom the moment I arrived, the service was disappointing. At check-in, the front desk attendant, Jambanji, was sitting against the wall on her phone. No greeting, no acknowledgment—I stood there for two full minutes. A Caucasian couple walked by, and she greeted them immediately. Then two other guests came from the mini mart, and again, she looked up and offered to assist them—while I was still standing there waiting. When she finally helped me, she didn’t ask my name—just asked where I parked, which was irrelevant since I had already said I didn’t valet. Then she told me about a $50/night incidental hold, but said if I had valeted, I wouldn’t be charged. That felt shady, like I was being pressured to valet so someone could pocket the difference. I explained that we had just gotten off the road and I’d pay whatever—I just wanted to rest. Instead, I was placed in a room right next to what had to be the loudest club in Atlanta. Music pounded until 5 or 6am. My kids and I barely slept the first two nights. By Day 3, I spoke with a supervisor named Ms. Ruby. She didn’t seem concerned about the issues—just that other guests might overhear us. She asked why I hadn’t said anything sooner, even though she had seen me the day before. How was I supposed to know who she was or that she could fix things? She also implied I should’ve known about the club and its all-night noise, which was absurd. She moved our room for the final night—which she said was the least she could do—and it showed. After paying over $600, I expected basic professionalism, courtesy, and some peace. Instead, this was easily the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
May 11, 2025 · Marshaye CampbellVery disappointing experience. We chose this hotel based on higher ratings, bundled aquarium deal and a “quiet location,” but it was far from it. After a 10-hour drive, we were kept up until 3 AM due to loud music and walls literally shaking from the club next door. Doors were slamming all night, and housekeeping started knocking on neighboring doors at 8 AM. The hotel also wasn’t very clean, which added to the frustration. On top of that, you have to pay for valet service, and when I texted to have my car ready, they said there was an issue with my ticket and told me to speak with someone at the desk. While they resolved the issue and said my car would be down in 3 minutes, we ended up waiting longer as others got their cars before us. Overall, this stay was stressful and not worth the cost. Had I known what to expect, I would have booked somewhere else. I’m requesting a partial refund. Posting a picture of the club next door that we had to listen to along with our hotel window which was on the 8th floor to the right. I guess if you’re on a different side of the hotel you may have a better experience, unfortunately this was not the case for us. ***edit also I reached out to management & no one responded to me
May 11, 2025 · Liz LJust got back from our 3 day vacation and stayed here! It was fabulous. The rooms were exactly like they were pictured online, if not better, we were upgraded with a great view with the aquarium and the sky view glowing at night! The food was amazing and the front desk lady- especially Mrs. Ruby was as sweet as a peach! Very family friendly, I will say the valet could use more hands on deck, they were very busy and patient with each guest, despite the waiting time, (text valet about 25-30 minutes ahead if you have an appointment somewhere to save the wait time) We will be back soon to stay here!
