Impressed by the overall experience. Located right in downtown, it’s perfectly situated within walking distance to top attractions like the World of Coca-Cola and the Georgia Aquarium, making it an ideal choice for both tourists and business travelers. The hotel is exceptionally neat and clean, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. It offers great value for money, being affordable without sacrificing comfort or service. The staff was friendly and attentive, adding to the pleasant atmosphere. Accessibility is another highlight — the hotel is thoughtfully designed for guests with disabilities, featuring ramps, elevators, and accessible room options that ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. Parking was easy and convenient, with a secure on-site lot just steps from the entrance. This made check-in and getting around the city stress-free. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the stunning city view from the room’s large windows. The skyline at sunrise and sunset was absolutely beautiful and added a memorable touch to the experience. Hotel have build in bar and restaurants which makes it more pleasant. But there is no complimentary breakfast option. Overall, this hotel combines cleanliness, affordability, accessibility, and a prime location — I highly recommend it for anyone visiting downtown Atlanta.

First I want to say that OG was AMAZING! She was so polite and had the best energy! She is the reason I put 5 stars. The next part is not At all about OG. The second shift front desk was very rude and I have been charged $75 , 3 times and it still shows on my card. I only had 2 rooms. I paid for parking when I booked the room and OG knew this but when my family came to check into my 2 nd room the rude 2nd shift lady charged me twice for parking. I need this corrected. Bobby please correct these issues. I see a lot of apologies on all the other bad reviews but I want to know if you help fix the issues. It was my daughter’s 9th bday and my son was home from being stationed in the Marines. I thought we would be able to relax in a nice hotel BUT Our room had dirty sheets. I asked for a baby bed, and it took over 6 hours to get. I am in customer service for almost 20 years, and I understand some things are out of your control but to have rude staff and dirty sheets is unacceptable. If the money is not refunded tomorrow, I will reach out but there was no need to put an extra $75 that is careless. If the staff doesn’t like where they work, they need to find another job! Update: I just left a message for the manager because the charge is still on my card over a week later. I also left 2 items in the room. My daughter got a brand-new packet of socks and my sleep mask. I would like to see if these items are still available. Give OG a raise she is amazing!!!!!!!

My experience was not the best but it has gotten worse. I was informed that I would be receiving my $75 incident fee back when I check out. I stayed at your hotel from 4/18-4/20 for my son's birthday. We were super careful, had no issues and I'm still waiting on my money. I've gotten money back from that entire weekend from everything else I've done that needed a deposit but your hotel. Then I was charge $314 and was told it would only be $274. Had to call the front desk over the stay about 5-7 times. Never had house keeping take care of anything. Never have new linens, bathroom towels, clean up the trash, it was trash where the ice machines were. States no smoking on the grounds and it was so much weed smoked in the hotel it reeked when you came if the elevator. Our sure would not regulate, we had to call maintenance twice just to get the sure if and trash bags in which they gave us industrial size bags that would not fit in the trash cans. The house keeping reps didn't come to do anything to our floor until we checked out, it was a disaster. I am not pleased with the fact you still are holding my money, I've called there 3 times got the run-around to managers voicemails, left them and never got a return call from anyone, I'm behind frustrated. I need my money, the experience was horrible and I tried to place it in the BBB but it said to file on the company website but since you can't I'll file it here. Then your elevators took forever, the pool was open one day then closed the rest of the time it was not a good trip

This is a terrible hotel. Not a 4-star one at all. Not even a 3-star hotel. This hotel is in desperate need of repairs everywhere. There is a musty smell everywhere. Only one elevator works; the one that “works” is very slow. Someone said it had been like that for years, and I believe it. The rooms are poorly maintained and are not very clean. It is obvious no one is properly training or supervising housekeeping. One of our trash bins collected a bit of leaking leftover food. Surfaces were not wiped clean of food crumbs. The trash bin was emptied, but left with the wet food leaks still in it. So gross. Towels did not smell fresh and were thin and rough. One of them had a hair on it, gross. We couldn’t wait till it was time to check out. Very disappointed, not coming back to this one.

Our recent stay at the Aloft Hotel in Atlanta was nothing short of a nightmare. As a frequent traveler and loyal Marriott guest, I have always had high expectations from their properties, but this experience was by far the worst. To start, my family and I were denied breakfast despite having valid breakfast coupons. The morning manager was incredibly unprofessional, arguing that there was a mistake and refusing to honor the breakfast we had already paid for. It was humiliating to stand there with my kids and wife, being treated as if we were trying to get something we didn't deserve. Our troubles didn't end there. Our room had a light that blinked all night, disturbing our sleep. When we called the front desk, we were told there were no available rooms to switch to. As if that wasn't enough, the alarm clock set by the previous occupant went off at 5 a.m., repeatedly ringing while we struggled to find where the sound was coming from. When I brought this up with the manager, her response was a dismissive sorry with no effort to make things right. To top it all off, not even basic amenities like water were provided. The overall service was extremely poor, and the lack of care and hospitality was shocking. This was hands down my worst experience at a Marriott property. I expected so much more and am deeply disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. Marriott needs to seriously address the management and service standards at this location.
