Great hotel to stay at. Location is awesome, we were able to walk to everything that we wanted to do. We did not move our car again until it was time to check out. Loved that parking was gated. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and nice size. They have a nice little complimentary breakfast in the morning. Felt very safe there. You could not just walk into the hotel if you are a random person not staying there. You had to have your room key to get back into the hotel. I like that extra security. May not be for everyone, but if you have a family, that extra security makes you feel safe. Would definitely recommend this place to stay.

While the immediate surroundings are urban, the convenience and energy of the location are often cited as major benefits.

Apr 04, 2025 · Brandon McCollumErin and Victoria who ran the breakfast were the kindest, most patient people. There were some messy children and grumpy people after a long night of canceled flights and the workers were nothing but kind. Ciara the night time guest service manager did her very best with a good attitude to accommodate as many delta passengers as possible from 1am-330am after Delta gave too many people vouchers. The worst case possible made a little better by good attitudes
Apr 07, 2025 · C CI’ve stayed in over 40 hotels in the last 12 months, and this was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff, especially Yolanda, was unhelpful and dismissive. The key card I was given didn’t work for the room written on the cardholder. When I returned and asked out loud what I believed my room number to be, Yolanda insisted the room number was correct. After trying again with no success, I went back down, only to be yelled at and told I was on the wrong floor. Another staff member also started yelling at me, claiming the number was written properly—clearly, it wasn’t, or this wouldn’t have been an issue. The next day, when I attempted to file a complaint, the woman at reception was even ruder. Instead of listening and noting my frustration, she cut me off, gave me attitude, and threatened to call security rather than address the issue. When I asked to speak with a manager, she told me I could just check out and leave. This level of hostility and disregard for guests is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel if you expect even the most basic level of customer service.
Feb 21, 2025 · Karl RedgenSierra was incredible and truly went above and beyond under immense pressure on the evening of 4/6. Despite a line of over 20 parties trying to check in due to widespread flight cancellations at ATL, she remained calm, kind, and highly effective. Her professionalism and compassion made a stressful situation much more manageable for everyone involved. Sierra is a true asset to your team—I sincerely hope management sees this review, because she absolutely deserves recognition, a raise, and a promotion.
Apr 09, 2025 · Daniel ZuberoThe noise isolation between rooms is non existent. I was able to clearly hear a person behind the connecting door without any effort and the person in another room spoke normally. It is hard to get good sleep here
