Lori at the front desk is the best night auditor I’ve ever checked in at a hotel with. Period. I’ve worked in hospitality for years and I’ve never seen an auditor with that much spark and joy, usually they’re all grumpy and miserable. We’re here for the furry con nearby and she was super sweet and gave directions and advice to all the late arrivals and had nice speech before handing keys to the room, informing us of all the amenities, which most auditors don’t do. She even mentioned my world of Hyatt status!!! She deserves a shout out and some recognition

May 09, 2025 · Sean Lucasif you're looking to experience what living in a ghetto is like, this would be a great hotel. the elevators are all out of inspection date by at least 6 months. all making clangy loud noises as they shift and jerk. the staff acts like it's their living room not being one bit professional over 4 days. the rooms have half the light bulbs burnt out. the showers are an absolute disgusting mess. stay far away from this Hyatt Place. usually they're good. a good step to fix this one would be to tear it down and fire everyone. not a single worthwhile employee.
Apr 24, 2025 · Robert McCuneUpon arrival we were advised of a $55 valet fee and advised there were so self parking options at the hotel. This was disappointing as this wasn't mentioned when we booked our stay. We chose this hotel as we have stayed in several other Hyatts in other states and always had a great experience. Upon check-in we were advised they did not have any king rooms available (what we booked) and no ETA on them so they would upgrade us to a queen suite. As soon as we entered the room we noticed several areas that were either not clean or not working, but the biggest issue for us was that the blinds would not lower. They are on a power switch and none of the switches would work. I immediately went back to the front desk and asked to just have a king standard room like what we booked (and honestly preferred this over the queen suite). I was asked did we use the facilities already in the room and I stated that I had quickly used the restroom as we just came off a 3 hour drive... this seemed to irritate the attendant and I was then advised again that there was no ETA on the room we bookee (even though it was 3:45 and check in was at 4) and there were no other queen suites for us to swap to (though she offered a queen suite upgrade to the very next person checking in). I let the attendant know our blinds did not work and she said she would have maintenance fix it... they never once showed up. Being on the 2nd floor and unable to lower your blinds was an absolute invasion of privacy for us as you could see into the windows pretty easily. It was Mothers Day and I had looked forward to this for months and I am extremely disappointed and felt very uncomfortable. I did email the GM and he offered to refund the parking fee... but that was it. While I do appreciate the gesture, it doesn't make up for all the issues we experienced and ruining what should have been a fun & relaxing night for Mothers Day.
May 17, 2025 · Leanne PatrickEveryone was very friendly and made sure we had what we needed. The room was clean and we enjoyed our stay though the beds are smaller in the suites than their sister hotels. Breakfast was small and there isn't all lot of space to eat but we enhance ourselves all the same.
Apr 19, 2025 · Tesse BensonThe hotel is right in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. It is near everything in car. The hotel was ok. The parking was uncomfortable. Someone knocked on our door at 2am. Which disrupted our sleep. The breakfast was great. Lot of variety. Room was spacious and super clean.
