May 15, 2025 · Jeremy HarrisAmazing Stay During Final Four Weekend – A Memorable Experience! We had a fantastic multi-day stay at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta during the Final Four weekend, and it truly exceeded our expectations! The hotel is massive, with a stunning design and plenty of space to accommodate large events and crowds. We stayed in what I believe is called the International Tower, slightly tucked away from the main atrium. It was quiet, comfortable, and gave us easy access to all the amenities the hotel had to offer. The optics of the hotel are absolutely beautiful—from the dramatic elevators to the soaring atrium and modern finishes, there’s no shortage of great photo-worthy spots throughout the property. The vibe was lively, and you could really feel the energy in the air, especially during such a big sports weekend. We really enjoyed the on-site dining options. The bar was our go-to—seriously, we stopped by three times just for wings and drinks, and every time it hit the spot. The service was friendly, the food was delicious, and it became one of the highlights of our stay. We also tried room service for breakfast, and it was surprisingly tasty and prompt. It was such a nice touch to enjoy a hot meal in the room before heading out for our day. The Marketplace downstairs was also super convenient. Whether we needed snacks, drinks, or last-minute essentials, it came in clutch multiple times. We also had dinner one evening at the sit-down restaurant on site (I can't recall the name), and the atmosphere was relaxed, the food was solid, and the service was excellent. One of the most unforgettable parts of the weekend was seeing the University of Michigan team staying at the hotel. We had the amazing opportunity to watch the band play in the atrium and cheer on the team as they ran out to their buses on the way to the Final Four game. It was such a fun and unique experience—something we’ll remember forever! We even got a few pictures and videos, which made the trip extra special. While I personally had no negative experiences during the stay, I do want to mention that one of my friends in another room had a bit of a challenge with housekeeping. However, it didn’t affect the overall trip, and I can honestly say my experience was nothing short of excellent. From the location, service, and amenities to the unforgettable Final Four energy, this hotel really delivered. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Atlanta—whether for a big event, business, or a weekend getaway.
Apr 12, 2025 · Tisha BurgessAs a World of Hyatt Globalist, I’ve come to appreciate the thoughtful perks that come with loyalty, but my recent stay exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was seamless and personalized ( Thanks to Julie) The front desk warmly acknowledged my Globalist status and, without even asking, surprised me with an upgrade to a stunning suite. The suite itself was spacious, immaculate, and offered every comfort imaginable—from premium amenities to breathtaking views. Daily breakfast was complimentary and featured a wide array of fresh, high-quality options. Late checkout was effortlessly arranged, allowing me to relax without feeling rushed. The Globalist recognition here was more than just perks—it was a complete experience of hospitality, care, and comfort. I can’t wait to return.
Apr 25, 2025 · M SThis beautiful, older hotel is situated in a prime location. However, our stay was marred by an unfortunate and unsettling incident: the presence of a deceased individual directly outside the hotel, visible from our room. Witnessing such a tragic event was both saddening and traumatic. Moreover, we were underwhelmed by the customer service, which failed to provide clear information regarding the hotel's amenities. Consequently, we had to navigate the premises and inquire about the location of various facilities, as the staff seemed to assume we were already familiar with the hotel's layout. When I requested a map, I was informed that they were no longer provided to guests. Additionally, the strong smell of marijuana in the hallways was unbearable. During my brief exit onto the balcony, I was greeted by the unpleasant smells of smoke, marijuana, and cigarettes. On the other hand, the pool area was well-maintained and pleasant.
May 19, 2025 · VirgieGreat hotel. Very clean and fairly modern. Conference areas are very nice. One downside is that the restaurants close really early. Room service is quick and the food quality is great, but expect to pay quite a bit more than any surrounding restaurant.
