I stayed here just this past weekend for a trade show and I absolutely loved it. My room was clean and my bed was made every day. My floor was very quiet and I never heard any noise. Every employee I interacted with was very kind and helpful. The restaurant/bar in the lobby was fantastic. The breakfast buffet there was one of the best I've ever had. I loved the view from my room and the location of the hotel. I had no problem walking to some great restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I'm a lifetime Diamond member, so I've been in a lot of places, but this one stuck me because of the level of hospitality that you experience here. It seems to be a rarity in today's service environment, so this was worth noting and talking about. And the only way to understand it to experience it for yourself. From the front desk folks, to the note left in your room, to the servers at the coffee bar each morning... a lovely experience that made my business trip less business and more comfort. Thank you.

first, let me start with the most positive stuff. The location is awesome located close to tons of restaurants and right up the road from The Georgia Aquarium and Coke World. The room was good sized and very clean as was the rest of the property. The room included a fridge and a coffee maker. Now for the bad... the bathroom was super tiny, and the shower curtain did a horrible job keeping water in the tub making the floor wet each time you shower. Also, the AC would leak if turned on below 70. not a big deal honestly but a little annoying. The staff we interacted with was a mixed bag some were friendly others I felt like we were bothering them. Would I stay here again maybe but if I had a choice I'd try for the Hyatt first before here for next years FWA.

This hotel is outdated for the price. You’re paying for the restaurants and the decor. The rooms are not that big or modern. The TVs cannot connect to streaming services or the internet. Parking is $40/day and the garage is always packed. The first time I had to leave the hotel my room keys didn’t work to let me out of the garage. I had to go back to the front desk to get it fixed after waiting 30 minutes in a long line to check in. I will not ever be staying at a Hilton hotel ever again. In 2025 this is ridiculous

We had booked 2 rooms as there were 7 of us. We made note many times at booking and leading up to check in that we would like them together and on a lower floor for medical reasons. No one could confirm if that was possible. When we checked in we found out that if we wanted them together we had to be on the lower floors. That was fine because that's what we had been trying to get an answer for months. Then they told us that would be another $80 per room per day because it's below floor 10. All of this at check in. So they are holding you hostage at the desk "either give us more money or we will separate your 2 rooms and put them wherever in the hotel we want" The new fees were written on paper and not entered in the system. That seemed extra suspicious. We decided to complain to Hilton corporate. They said it didn't sound right but they couldn't do anything at the time of call since it wasn't in the system for them to pull up. Cause it was just written on paper. Now we know why so corporate couldn't undermine them and reverse the charges. We woke up the next day with a letter slid under our door saying they already tried to accommodate us. Like a "we know you called corporate" totally unprofessional and borderline threatening! Half way through our event a letter was seen on the check in desk describing how to over charge and upsell our particular event group. So suspicions confirmed we were being targeted. Check out day came and they wouldn't let us leave with the car. "You didn't put the car on the room" we told them at check in we had a self park car. They asked "self park or valet?" We said self park. Once again they were hiding us hostage while they tried to add another fee that we told them to add days ago. That was the last time we will be staying in that hotel.
