Would not recommend, very unprofessional staff. If I could give 0 stars I would. Two of the three of the front desk ladies I spoke with were rude. They lost my reservation and the two ladies who were in front and behind me. We all had to pay for another room even though we booked beforehand and paid. The front desk ladies made mean comments about the guests ,that I overheard, and were laughing at them while at the front desk working with customers. The front lady that I interacted with was visibly upset and rolling her eyes. They only had one front desk lady working while the other wasn’t helping the long line of people checking in. The bathrooms were tiny, and the paint in the rooms were chipped badly. For checkout I called beforehand and let the front lady know I would be late due to unforeseen circumstances and on the phone she made it seem as if there was no problem, I just couldn’t extend my stay. I showed up and packed up in less than 10 minutes. She came up to my room knocked and I said Coming and she tried to barge in the room. Luckily the lock was on, which i told her as I ran to the door. As I tried to take it off she kept opening and closing the door, almost slamming my fingers in the door multiple times. I communicated to her that I was trying to get the lock off and to do that I needed to close the door, but she continued. Until I had to close the door myself and unhinge it. She then began yelling at me and asking me question which she didn’t allow me to answer and just interrupted with yelling. I explained to her that I called and the whole situation. She made several passive aggressive comments at me while raising her voice at me and pointing her finger at me. She then told me to just hurry up and walked away as I was talking. I was nice, patient, and communicated through this whole interaction and I didn’t deserve the treatment I received at the Comfort Inn Kernersville Hotel Location. Once again, would not recommend, very unprofessional staff.

May 25, 2025 · Jae ConwayStayed for 7 days for work. Tried to stay for another 7 days. I got kicked out then asked to come back. If you are here on business over 7 days. Never stay here. I drove 14 hours to here this. Update. I went to talk to the manager that explained that I could extend my stay. She was so nice and helpful after I explained what had happened.
May 06, 2025 · tom perrineNot a good hotel for long stay. Im not normally one to review a hotel but we stayed here for 6 days and got the whole experience. Not ONE staff member in the evening time/night time are easy to deal with or nice except for one lady who has only worked once during our stay! The assistant general manager Accacia is a tool, dismissive asf. We heard an alarm clock go off for hours without a solution. The solution was 'we can change your room' and 'turn the TV up' but yet you can hear the alarm traveling through the 4th, 3rd, and 2nd floor, and moving our room imposes a challenge with how much we have on hand for work. We turned the TV up and you could still hear the alarm through the TV, which its hard enough to listen to the alarm clock let alone listening to a TV on full blast and an obnoxious alarm. But God forbid they find where the sound is coming from because "maintence isnt gonna be here until 8am". Lady its an alarm clock its not that deep! We are here building our business and you just have no idea how overstimulated we are. So to have to deal with impolite employees and an alarm, on top of a loud TV plus unprofessional staff, running our business while expanding to another locztion, is just too much. We are pretty easy to please hotel guests so im flabbergasted at this experience. Being a woman dealing with stress from opening a new business location, listening to alarm clocks going off for hours, impolite employees every single day, constant noise from the hotel multiple days during evening + night time hours, AND being on my period absolutely do not mix. The morning staff is *amazing* and the rooms our clean. It does not make up for our experience. Not a good hotel for long stay.
Jun 16, 2025 · LeeAnne LangerakDO NOT STAY HERE – Unsafe, Dirty, and Disrespectful Staff I stayed at Comfort Inn Greensboro and was absolutely disgusted by the experience. First, the toilet leaked all night, flooding the bathroom floor. I had to use every towel available to keep the water from spreading. There was no apology or resolution offered. Even worse, the room reeked of dog urine and wet fur, especially around the bed area. It was clear the room had not been deep cleaned in a long time. But the most disturbing part? Housekeeping tried to forcibly enter my room while I was coming out of the shower—10 minutes before checkout time. I had the Do Not Disturb sign clearly displayed, and yet the housekeeper pushed in, acted irritated that we were still there, and had zero respect for our privacy or safety. Absolutely unacceptable. This hotel is unsanitary, unsafe, and unprofessional. There are plenty of better places to stay in Greensboro. Avoid this location at all costs.
