May 09, 2025 · Piper SpeerIf you have a dog, I strongly advise against staying at Studio 6 on Landmark in Greensboro. They failed to inform me about a dog that died from parvovirus on the premises, and apparently, they did not take the necessary steps to properly clean and disinfect the area. I was informed about this incident by other guests who had stayed there, but it had occurred months prior. Since I was not notified when I booked the room, I assumed that the proper procedures had been followed. Unfortunately, my nine-month-old puppy has contracted parvovirus, and I am extremely concerned. If I had been informed, I could have taken preventive measures to protect my pet. This situation is unacceptable, and I am deeply disturbed. Some individuals may not understand the significance of pets, but to me, my dog is like a child, always there to bring me joy and companionship. I am heartbroken, and I intend to take action. The management and staff of Studio 6 are unprofessional, and the facilities are infested with roaches and spiders. The employees are often inattentive and engage in unprofessional behavior, including discussing residents with other residents. I strongly advise others to consider these issues before booking a room at Studio 6.

May 07, 2025 · Josh HollyNastiest experience of my life. From live roaches crawling up the walls to live animals living on the property. Trash bags piled high at the dumpster. We drove 2 hours to enjoy Greensboro. We left as soon as possible and just went back home. The advertisement and pics are not of this place I promise. And they want over 100 bucks a night. No thanks.
