Positives… Booked a King room and slept decently. There was a bit of an odor and the curtains were dirty. Other than that it was decent. Great hot shower with awesome pressure. Breakfast was decent but coffee was too watery without much flavor. Negatives… Ice machine in 1st floor was out of order. The walls are very thin so for a while we heard the people chatting next to us and toilets flushing around us. It was kind of sketchy when we pulled in as there were random people (possibly homeless) walking out of the bushes but never felt unsafe once we were inside the hotel.

Jun 13, 2025 · Jennifer GardnerI highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling and looking for a quick & easy place to stay. The staff is very friendly and easy to talk to about any inconveniences or issues you may have. The breakfast that is served is phenomenal, with variety of food options. Something for everyone! Also the pool is huge and there is a really nice jacuzzi. I definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for something affordable and reasonable.
May 02, 2025 · brianna garayWow. My sister and I brought our children to enjoy the indoor pool. It was so beautiful and relaxing. The rooms were comfortable and cozy. We had our rooms right next to each other so we all walked down to the pool together and enjoyed the clean pool smell in the hallways. The pool area was clean and had a wonderful view. There were windows all around the pool area which gave you an outside kind of feeling indoors. After we swam in the main pool there was a hot tub we relaxed in for about and hour because it was so relaxing. We ended the night with a good movie. The next morning before checkout we had a great breakfast, eggs sausage waffles apple juice coffee and fresh fruits! We will be back! Thank you
May 04, 2025 · Mia MonroeI recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. The room was equipped with a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The highlight of my stay, however, was the fantastic breakfast spread. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, offering something for every taste. Another standout feature was the indoor hot tub, which was perfect for unwinding after a long day. It was clean, well-maintained, and provided a serene atmosphere to relax. Throughout my stay, the service was consistently good. The staff were attentive and always ready to help with any requests. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional service. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway or a convenient place to stay, this hotel is an excellent choice. Rating: 5/5 Recommendation: Definitely worth a visit for anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay with great amenities.
Feb 24, 2025 · Neel PatelWorst hotel I have ever stayed at. Let’s start with the location. I thought by looking at the map it would be a nice place, nearby outlets, Starbucks etc. NO! Homeless people everywhere, coming out of the bushes to knock on our window while at the stop light. The stoplight to get into the parking lot is an accident waiting to happen. Checked in on Friday, got into a dirty room, coffee stains on the wall, broken light fixtures, AC stuck on 80 & no way to turn it down and a dirty couch. When I complained to the front desk they changed my room to another dirty room! Second room (still on Friday) I plugged my phone charger into the USB port in the wall & it started smoking. When my boyfriend pulled it out he burnt his hand. The toilet bowl was leaking all over the floor. The windows all opened & didn’t have covers on them. I could have jumped out of my 3rd floor room! I complained again (on Saturday) & asked if I could check out & go to another hotel. He said there was no way to refund my card & I had to finish my stay. I asked for another room & he said they were full. Free breakfast consisted of fake eggs floating in water, the juice machine was broken & you had to push just the right spot or it didn’t work. Had to ask for help every time I wanted apple juice. You could smell the chlorine from the pool throughout the hotel. 3rd floor you could smell it, elevator smell it! in the pool itself it was so hot & smelled so bad I couldn’t even let my kid play because I thought I was going to pass out from the smell. I stopped the room service lady in the hall and asked for more TP & towels she said she would put them in my room. When I came back that night she hadn’t. I asked the front desk & they said she would bring them by in the morning. That didn’t happen. When I asked the front desk for a blanket and pillow for my daughter they said they didn’t have extras. When I checked out on Monday I brought my frustrations up to the front desk again & they said a manager would call me. The front desk was unable to provide me with a receipt & they stated it would be emailed to me. It’s been a week & still no call & no email, but you best believe they charged my card successfully. It was just a horrible experience. I hate leaving these kind of reviews because I love being a choice hotel rewards member but this is unacceptable & gives Choice Hotels a bad name.
